Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaign plans and content to attract and engage potential candidates
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure recruiting assets are updated regularly
Maintain a thorough understanding of recruiting marketing best practices and candidate experience and keep the marketing team up-to-date on the latest trends
Oversee updates to the Company's career site and suggest improvements for engaging with potential candidates
Develop and maintain a recruiting marketing tool kit with assets to support hiring activities including social media, print ads, radio spots, video testimonials, postcards, etc.
Create content to support existing recruiting and employer branding
Prepare weekly recruiting marketing reports to monitor campaign results
Work closely with the marketing analytics team to track all campaign tactics and provide recommendations for improvements
Produce and distribute weekly candidate lead reports and monitor chat transcripts from career site
Perform ongoing research about new tactics and technologies to promote the Company's career opportunities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field is required.
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or recruiting is required.
Good communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all functional areas
Good written communications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines
Experience working with social media platforms

About the Role:
As an Intermodal Equipment Operator (also known as a Terminal Operator), you'll play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within our intermodal yard. You'll operate specialized equipment-such as hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders-to load, unload, and relocate containers as part of our daily logistics operations. Your work ensures containers are handled accurately and safely, keeping freight moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred

Trade Compliance Administration and Metrics -
Develop and create performance metrics for agents, brokers, forwarders, and internal departments. Complete, correct, and ensure accurate HTS and ECCN classifications and recordkeeping. Utilize regulatory knowledge to determine country of origin for Company produced materials and recommend marking for same. Investigate restricted party screening for recommendation to management or legal. Calculate and prepare US Customs reconciliation for submission. Submit electronic filings with US Government entities and CTPAT supply chain security program. Manage qualification process for FTA and programs including Buy American to certify and ensure appropriate and accurate recordkeeping. Author protests for submission to US Customs and Border Protection Agency for relevant import entries. Internal Audits and Report Results -
Conduct internal audits of classifications, origin, trade programs, policies, procedures, CTPAT Security Criteria and transactional documents to identify risks. Receive, review, interpret and prepare data for US Customs import claims. Interact with suppliers outside the United States to streamline document submission processes. MTM is looking for Dispatchers to join our team. This will be a work-from-home position, but certain requirements must be met by the state that you live in.
Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr (lateral pay moves considered)
Shifts Offered: Varied - 1st shift and 2nd shift (including some weekend availability)
What will your job look like?
The Dispatcher is responsible for the day-to-day routing of third-party transportation vendors and trip operations. The Dispatcher works to assure safe, cost effective, and on-time performance of third-party transportation providers and drivers.
What you'll do:
Assign same day and urgent trips to third party transportation providers
Organize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal fleet performance
Provide assistance to transportation providers and drivers with issues related to trip performance
Document and report provider no shows or on-time-performance issues
Inform transportation providers of any new trips that occur
Establish and maintain effective communication with transportation providers
Provide feedback to leadership and Fleet Management on transportation providers performance
Monitor on-road provision of service for quality and on-time-performance
Route and Schedule next day and future trips to third party transportation providers daily for assigned region
Route and schedule trips to transportation providers to ensure vehicle resources are used most efficiently and effectively to meet demand
Communicate and escalate issues with unscheduled trips as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must reside in an approved state
1+ year of call center experience
6+ months of customer service experience
Skills:
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of GPS and GIS systems preferred
Good organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to meet deadlines and complete work in a timely manner
Skilled in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
Must be able to demonstrate effective use of scheduling software, two-way radio communication and data analysis skills

2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise preferred
1 year experience working with the applicable transit scheduling system preferred

What You'll Do:
1. Customs Entry Preparation: Prepare and review customs entries for accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with customs and other government agency regulations.
2. Documentation Handling: Manage and organize import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other multiple required documents for CBP and other participating government agencies.
3. Tariff Classification: Assist team leader and importer in determining correct tariff classifications for goods being imported applying knowledge of the Harmonized System (HS) codes.
4. Customs Compliance: Ensure customs entries adhere to all applicable customs laws, regulations, and procedures, including duty calculation and valuation.
5. Client Communication: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and address any customs-related inquiries or issues.

7. Software Utilization: Utilize customs brokerage software and databases to facilitate entry filing.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Industry experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or freight forwarding (entry-level candidates welcome if you have this exposure).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with customs regulations, documentation, and processes.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Cargo Wise or similar customs software is a plus.
Certifications such as CCS are a plus but not required.
