Professional Learning & Collaboration * Plan and facilitate professional learning experiences for instructional coaches, teacher leaders, and principals. * Collaborate with district directors, coordinators, and specialists to ensure consistency in support. * Participate in regional instructional leadership team (ILT) meetings and contribute to regional and districtwide learning initiatives. Communication & Continuous Improvement * Serve as a communication bridge between district support and site-based instructional teams. * Share regional data, trends, and feedback with the Regional Director of Academics to inform continuous improvement. * Contribute to planning and reflection cycles to evaluate coaching impact and instructional growth.
