Responsibilities
Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, presenting treatment plans, working to ensure schedules meet production goals, and developing reports on production goals. The Treatment Plan Coordinator serves as an advocate and educator in creating treatment plans for dental care.

Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and responds to telephone inquiries from potential patients.
Assists the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment for dental services.
Case presentation and acceptance including chair-side treatment planning.
Friendly, professional, organized, work with a sense of urgency, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Conducts treatment plan consultations with new and existing patients to address patient concerns and answer questions regarding dental treatment plans.
Schedules, reschedules, and confirms new patient appointments, promoting flexibility and care regarding appointment opportunities to patients seeking care and working to maintain full schedules and maintain office schedule flow.

Essential Functions:
Deliver educational programs about vintage base ball for audiences of diverse backgrounds which may include school-age children, young adults, educators, seniors, visitors with special needs, and those for whom English is not their first language
Willingness to play vintage base ball in period clothing by 1860s rules and/or enthusiasm about sharing baseball history with the public
Demonstrate good sportsmanship on and off the field
Interact with program participants and visitors in a professional, positive, courteous, and engaging manner
Ensure program materials are properly handled and maintained
Assist with the set-up and take-down of program materials

Minimum H.S. Diploma or GED Equivalent. Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of theology preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in providing ecumenical approach in pastoral care and client/family counseling

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides spiritual support and counseling to the clients and families in relation to issues of grief, loss, and the dying process. Contacts clients, families, and/or clergy as appropriate to work in collaboration as desired by the client/family.
Assists with bereavement, memorial services and activities related to the religious and spiritual issues of the client, families and interdisciplinary team.
Submits accurate and timely documentation, updates and maintains client's records and charts, provides reports as needed by management and regulations.
Attends and participates in scheduled interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care plans, follow up on changes, problem solve, etc. to ensure client's progression and treatment are properly communicated, documented and in conjunction with the physician's orders.
Participates in on-call rotation, community programs and committees as requested.

Position Overview
The Operations & Transportation Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and transportation support for the university. This role combines office administration, guest housing coordination, transportation scheduling, driver compliance oversight, and communications support. The Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient transportation scheduling, accurate reporting, and a professional, service-focused experience for all departments, guests, and campus partners.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
* Assist with daily Operations Office tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
* Answer and route phone calls; respond promptly to emails and service requests.
* Maintain organized departmental records, forms, and documents.
* Help manage office supplies, equipment, and general workspace organization.
Financial & Reporting Tasks
* Prepare and submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time.
* Track receipts, invoices, and purchasing documentation.
* Assist with basic purchasing processes and expense verification.
Guest Housing Coordination
* Manage scheduling for guest housing accommodations.

Driver Oversight & Compliance
* Ensure all drivers complete and pass the university-required driving test.

Vehicle Oversight & Safety
* Monitor fleet maintenance needs and promptly notify Operations of repairs or safety concerns.
* Report incidents, damage, or driver issues to appropriate university offices.
* Ensure vehicles are properly stocked with required safety materials and documentation before use.
Communication & Incident Response
* Remain on call for urgent transportation needs, last-minute schedule changes, or emergencies.
* Communicate promptly with departments, drivers, and administrators regarding updates, concerns, and trip information.
* Provide professional and courteous service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
Record Keeping
* Track transportation usage, trip reports, checklists, compliance documents, and driver assignments.
