* Performs routine and complex tasks independently//and with limited supervision; provides work direction to other staff on technical and support assignments.
* Takes ownership of and frequently leads change control process and implementation activities, to include:
* o Implementation and customization to the Retail Payments application software and related components for all environments; diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues encountered during and post implementation.
* o Development of routine to complex installation plans, inclusive of internal and external dependencies.
* o Development of strategy and policy for effectively coordinating, controlling, and implementing changes to all Retail Payments platforms.
* o Coordination and implementation of changes to the Retail Payments application environments and ensuring all quality assurance reviews have been completed.
* o Development of formal system documentation as required by application standards and methodology.
* Leads training on automated change management systems.
* Reviews and ensures change management reports are accurate and provides feedback for further improvement.
* Requires frequent weekend, after-hours, on call duties 24 hours a day, seven days a week

* Assists with program/project design activities, strategy development, problem resolution, and project implementation.
* Performs record keeping functions in accordance with program policies and position.
* Maintains high level of functional proficiency and ease of use utilizing agency’s electronic health records.
* Completes and passes all discipline specific competencies testing, initially and annually.
* Completes all initial, annual and ad hoc training as required/assigned.
* Maintains patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.
* Adheres to, and maintains awareness of, IHSC Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accreditation standards as prescribed by ICE/IHSC.
