SUMMARY:
This position's primary responsibility includes the evaluation and processing of transfer credit for the University. The Transfer Evaluation Coordinator will serve as an expert in the maintenance of the approved transfer equivalencies in our current Student Information System (SIS) and the development of a Transfer Library in our new SIS Additionally, the Transfer Evaluation Coordinator will work closely with our Senior Associate Registrar, Admissions, Program Directors, Deans, and Marketing departments to create established transfer equivalency documentation for our frequently transferred schools
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Document all approved transfer work into the Student Information System transfer library and to the student record

- Assist the Executive Director for the Center for Teaching and Learning in the approval and documentation of Missouri Core 42 course agreements

Under the direction of the Education Director and with the support of the program coordinators, the Evaluation Education Coordinator will complete the academic component for multi-disciplinary evaluations and assist with the process of eligible trainees. The Evaluation Education Coordinator will organize, develop, and maintain all education assessments via MedHub, Qualtrics, etc. The position is responsible for coordinating a full range of administrative, oversight, and management aspects of the residency and fellowship programs. Department Description
The Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care at UCSF provides outstanding patient care, promotes cutting-edge basic and clinical science research and educates the next generation of health care providers while focusing on increasing diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization.
The Department ranks as one of the largest departments in the School of Medicine with an annual budget of $120 million, of which Extramural Funds represents over $50 million. Currently, the department has over 250 Faculty members, 25 Staff Physicians, 178 Staff Employees, 18 Fellows, 84 Residents, 21 Non-Faculty Academics, 9 Post Docs, 68 CRNAs and 5 Nurse Practitioners at ZSFG.
In addition to the Moffitt-Long Hospital, very active units of the department exist at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center (inpatient and outpatient, including a very active trauma service), San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (inpatient and outpatient), Mt. Zion Medical Center (outpatient, including 23 hour stays and the Pain Management Center), the UCSF Orthopedic Institute and the Benioff Children's, Betty Irene Moore Women's and Bakar Cancer (NIH-designated Cancer Center) Hospitals in the Mission Bay neighborhood.
The Department now has essential roles in patient care outside of the operating rooms, with active participation in Ambulatory Care, Acute and Chronic Pain, and in the Preoperative Clinic. Over the department's fifty-plus years of existence, the department has been at the heart of modern anesthesia's explosive growth, and to this day continues to have an enormous impact on surgical practice and the management of pain. The department's research, education, and clinical care quickly earned and have maintained reputations that are the equal or better of any institution in the world. Individual members of our faculty have had a major influence on our specialty both nationally and internationally, including National Institute of Health (NIH) study sections, NIH funding, FDA and Editorial Boards. Research activities within this department are integrated with and inform clinical practice. For many years, ours has been among the top departments for NIH research funding in anesthesia in the United States.
The Department of Anesthesia provides considerable support and structure for research in general and, for research training programs, highlighted by the innovative Pathway to Scientific Independence. This program begins at the residency level, incorporating the Research Scholars Track of the Anesthesia Residency, moving through the post-residency National Institute of Health-funded T32 training grant, and faculty positions with a mentored research support, and ultimately to achieving extramurally funded, independent researcher status.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Impact Evaluation (Metrics) Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the Impact Evaluation team by assisting with the planning, tracking, and monitoring of metrics projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and logistical support for collaborative Impact Evaluation/Metrics initiatives including scheduling support, monitoring project timelines, and tracking of project deliverables to ensure progress of action items.
- Maintain and catalog documentation for metrics business processes including team communications and reports. Make updates to Program monitoring dashboards.
- Assist with development and administration of metrics surveys. Evaluate relevance of and user experience of metrics tools in collaboration with Impact Evaluation Specialists to enhance the quality of data collection.
- Monitor performance of surveys and quality of warrior/ family service members (FSMs) survey experience. Develop reports for Impact Evaluation team.
- Monitor and manage the Impact Evaluation/Metrics inbox. Follow-up with survey respondents who indicate need for survey support or distress, and route survey respondents to appropriate internal programs for follow-up.
- Manage development and posting of 'metrics and warrior research team' intranet content in collaboration with research coordinator.
