Design Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Process sprinkler project kick-off meeting information
Verify AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) information to produce submittals for review and permitting
Request waterflow test information for projects
Prepare documents for project field installation
Prepare and maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, AHJ documentation, and project files
Process Closeout documents.
Attend weekly design meetings
Assist team in additional administrative duties as needed
Design Administrative Coordinator Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative support experience
Prefer any experience in commercial construction
Experience using SharePoint, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents, such as codes, standards, specifications, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.
Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively in-person and electronically
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of Municipal GIS mapping is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

What You'll Do

As Project Coordinator I or II, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful administration of design projects within our Graphics Department. You'll collaborate with internal teams to manage project details, review artwork, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
Collect and kick off project information; maintain project notes and attachments.
Manage Pre-Press stage progress and wrap-up tasks.
Consolidate proof review feedback for design updates.
Ensure artwork accuracy, compliance with legal and regulatory standards (EPA/FDA), and fair packaging regulations.
Maintain design guidelines and dielines; coordinate with global packaging teams.
Submit and track claim requests and approvals.
Coordinate design project administration and special requests.
Review color proofs and print samples; document findings.
Assemble mock-ups and capture product sample photography.
Demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values and workplace safety.

Project Coordinator I
Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Graphic Arts, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative team environment, project workflow, project management, or administrative support.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Familiarity with graphic design, packaging design, and printing processes is a plus.
Comfort with Mac systems, Agile PLM, and Adobe Suite preferred.
Project Coordinator II
Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Graphic Arts, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative team environment, project workflow, project management, or department/team administrative support.
Skills:
Ability to take the lead on special initiatives and manage complex projects.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Experience with graphic design or packaging design and printing processes is a plus.
Comfort with PC & Mac, Agile PLM, JD Edwards, and Adobe Suite preferred.
Excellent proofreading skills and high appreciation for customer service.

Job DescriptionNew Day Assisted Living of Manitowoc The Life Enrichment Coordinator's role is responsible for organizing, promoting, implementing and evaluating individualized life enrichment programming (one-to-one, small group and large group basis) to maximize clients' independence and consider the needs and interests of individual clients. QUALIFICATIONS:
Must complete probationary period successfully. Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary. Complete applicable CBRF classes. Desired: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, team members, peers, and other professionals appropriately. Strong prioritization and organization skills.
DUTIES:
The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for the below job duties including but not limited to:
Maintain brand standards and guidelines for New Day Assisted Living and their respective clients.
Adheres to policies, operating procedures and company values
Execute monthly and weekly activity calendar that meets residents' needs and expectations including providing one-on-one programming for residents who cannot participate in a group setting
Provide guidance to staff on the impact of life enrichment regarding residents' quality of life
Reviews program to ensure that it meets all state, federal, company, and other regulations and guidelines
Complete and maintain time and attendance forms and inventory lists.
Document individuals' progress toward meeting their treatment goals.
Assists Life Enrichment Director with the planning and delivery of community events or activities at the residence
Assist with the design physical layout and decorations for activities, displays, and other life enrichment products that meet standards
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Must be able to commute to locations as needed which may require prolong driving at times.
