Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
Organize, plan and implement annual OSHA, JCAHO and State/Federal required in-service training programs to include hazard communication, blood borne pathogens, infection control standards as well as all other mandatory training programs as required by Federal or State regulations.
Observe and instruct associates in safety policies and procedures.
Lead all Infection Control related programs and serve as the Infection Preventionist for the community.

Serve as a member of the Safety Committee and QAPI Committee by preparing, analyzing and reporting key indicator data.

Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure individual associate training records are maintained and in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Facilitate in-service training, observing audience response to training, and adjusting delivery and teaching style to maximize participation and retention of material.
Maintain a good rapport and professional working relationship with all department personnel to enhance appropriate interdepartmental communications.
Use tact, sensitivity, sound judgement and a professional attitude when working with residents, families, associates, third party vendors and State/Federal entities.
Serve as a member of the Nursing Administration with on-call responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: active Registered Nurse (RN) license

The role of the Enrollment Coordinator is the focus on all aspects of preparing students to begin their educational journey. This includes understanding class scheduling, classroom navigation, and the submission of all required documents to be matriculated with Herzing University.
A 40 hour work-week schedule will be determined based on preference and business needs between the following hours of operation for Herzing's Online Division:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of six months as an associate enrollment coordinator or related work experience, preferably in admissions, higher education, customer service or sales
COMPENSATION is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Student Support: Serve as the main contact for campus students accepted to the university, providing timely and accurate information to guide them through the enrollment process.
* Enrollment Process: Assist students in completing all necessary enrollment forms, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
* Information Sessions: Conduct informative sessions for prospective students and their families, sharing detailed information about the university, programs, and admissions requirements.
* Campus Tours: Organize and conduct campus tours, showcasing the university's facilities, resources, and campus life to prospective students and visitors.
* Student Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective students, evaluating their qualifications, goals, and fit for the university.
* Cohort Management: Collaborate with the admissions team to identify and communicate cohort needs to ensure optimal enrollment and fill rate. Regularly assess cohort capacities and communicate any gaps or potential areas of concern to the admissions team.
* Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, answering inquiries via various channels (e.g., email, phone, in-person meetings), and providing updates on the enrollment process. Drives continued student engagement up through the third week of class.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, ensuring that all pertinent information is properly recorded in the university's systems.
* Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with various departments, including faculty, financial aid, and student affairs, to address student needs and facilitate a seamless enrollment experience.
* Admissions Events: Support admissions team in organizing and executing recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, community events, and enrollment fairs.

Responsible for managing an average caseload of 14 children, youth, and young adults with mental health diagnoses.
Facilitate all areas of services for children and young adults, including, but not limited to, coordination of mental health services, life skill development, employment and education supports, and connection to community resources.
Advocate for youth and young adults in various settings, such as home, educational, court, and community settings.
Work with children, families, and young adults to develop an Individualized Recovery Plan (IRP) based on identified strengths and needs, including a detailed progressive reactive crisis plan.
Act as a liaison between children, families, young adults, and the community.
Monitor and negotiate the delivery of services and agreements with children, families, young adults, and their teams. This includes modifying Individualized Recovery Plans as needed and obtaining new authorizations for services or discontinuing existing services.
Please contribute to the program's resource development by identifying new community resources available to our clients and staff to improve the program.
Participate in efforts to promote Lad Lake and the CCS Program and contribute to their development.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training: A bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or criminal justice is required.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize work and manage time efficiently. Able to relate to young adults and set appropriate boundaries. Energetic, outgoing, positive attitude, self-starter, creative, and a team player.
