At first it was good then higher management changed and insurance changed and so on filtered down the line .
It was a big company and things had to go down the corporate chain to get approved
Paid time off ..PTO and vacation time
Benefits are best I’ve seen aside from no educational reimbursement.
Lack of leadership, very few promotions in last few years, no real plan on talent retention, COO’s pet projects to shut down facilities and move products are unvetted, consume most of our resources for growth, and are poorly executed putting company at risk.
Flexible during COVID-19.
Past opportunities. Worked my way up from line operator to plant manager of a $42mm/year facility.
Cultural changes. Company has lost focus on bottom line and manufacturing.
Good salary, Incentive programs, health benefits.
