Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure that vehicles meet Copart's standards and guidelines for cleanliness and presentation, making any necessary touch-ups or corrections as needed. Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with other team members, including Vehicle Inspectors, Photographers, and Auction Coordinators, to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow throughout the detailing process. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (What is required to perform the Essential Duties?) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in automotive detailing or a related field preferred. Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, or related work preferred, with a strong understanding of detailing techniques and products.     As a Commercial Specialist, you'll be a key player in AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations. You'll drive WOW! customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. This role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department. * Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management. * Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries. * Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality. * Generate new business through outbound calls and in-person outreach. * Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections. * Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition. * Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety. * Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks. * Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy. * Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager. * Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members. What We Are Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes. * Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
