Position Description: Office Operations & Facilities Support
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional office environment always.
Serve as the primary liaison with building management, vendors, and office services (cleaning, security, maintenance).
Manage office space planning, furniture setup, and coordination of construction or expansion projects.
Oversee distribution, inventory, and reordering of office and kitchen supplies while managing budgets and avoiding waste.

Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate documentation of vendor contacts, lease agreements, office layout, and key/fob access assignments.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes with proper allocation of badges, keys, workspace, and IT tools.
Track and maintain emergency procedures, safety protocols, and office access policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in office coordination or business administrative support.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with professionalism and grace.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Comfortable supporting executives and interfacing with senior leadership.
Technical Skills:

Duties and Responsibilities
Assess identified members to determine appropriate members for management early in their disease process and at any time during the continuum of care.
Complete a comprehensive assessment to identify patient risk and develop a care plan utilizing expertise and judgement to evaluate needs for alternative services as needed.

The Director of Medicare Strategy leads high-impact healthcare advisory engagements with a primary focus on Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and ACO REACH strategy and operations, while also providing SME support for Medicare Advantage clients and market drivers. Position Description:

Qualifications:

* Holds National Board Certification.
* Graduate from accredited Masters or Doctoral Program.
* Preferred at least 1-3 years prior hands-on work experience in healthcare management and patient care with reflective salary for more experienced providers.
* Preferred experience delivering home health care to medically complex and homebound patients.
* Strong experience in patient care assessment and working with providers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
