The Mailroom Clerk will be an employee of Copiers Northwest, and will be permanently stationed as a support liaison at our client's facility. Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Pay Rate : $22-23 DOE Location: Bellevue 98004 Job Summary The FM Mailroom Clerk position's primary focus is learning and retaining the processes and procedures of the individual site where they are stationed to provide optimal customer service to the client. Daily tasks focus on Mailroom duties in support of a variety of departments within our client's facilities. Responsibilities Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors Learn, retain and perform Site policies and procedures Ensure updating of Site Procedure Guide Convey appropriate product and services knowledge Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed Maintain records for management reports on mail and parcel chain of custody Duties General Mailroom duties, i.e. sorting incoming letters and parcels, delivery of mail throughout the facility, printing postage and organizing outgoing mail to the Post Office.
