Essential community resource serving the Lamoille county population.
Terrible management and leadership. Hostile, toxic work environment.
Occasional food.
There are a few stars, but many who appear to have been promoted beyond their abilities. Collectively they don't really lead, rather manage their individual areas. The CEO is excellent at financial management, but has minimal skills in developing a culture using modern leadership methods and tools.
Intensive leadership training for the whole senior leadership team, and leader / manager training for all the second tier staff.
Reviewing all published data including financial, social, community and forums.
Much lower. The excellent financial performance is largely fueled by the low salary levels, which is a primary reason why the turnover rate is so high.
Minimal.
Leaving in the evening, especially at the weekend when I don't need to be back there for 2 days.
