Copper State Bolt & Nut Company is seeking an Order Puller with General Warehouse experience to join our team. You will pull customer and branch orders for fasteners, tools, and related items. Must have previous forklift experience. Pull customer and branch orders for fasteners, tools, and related items. * Process orders as scheduled or prioritized by warehouse supervisors. * Use RF scanners (as applicable) to ensure that accurate information is recorded, including tracking information and box/weight count. * Accurately enter information on hardcopy packing lists, customer invoices, freight manifests, bills of lading, and/or in the computer system. * Ensure that customer returns (credit memos) are processed quickly and accurately, and that Supervisors review and approve product returns. Stage customer and branch orders and prepare for shipping. * Review accuracy of orders pulled by self or others. * Repackage or relabel product as necessary to confirm it professionally represents the CSBN image. * Correct any mistakes made during the order pulling process. * Review any items or quantities not pulled to verify inventory accuracy. * Ensure that the order is physically transferred to applicable warehouse staging location (e.g., O/T racks, W/C ready, UPS/LTL shipping, etc.) * Prepare O/T shipments, pallet labels and truck manifests. Decision/Information Sharing and Communication: * Must enter accurate data on product, quantities, back-orders, etc. * Seek Supervisor assistance for products that cannot be found, are not available, etc. * Work well with other warehouse departments, including receiving, shipping, and packaging, to ensure productive and efficient workflow in the warehouse. * Report safety hazards to Supervisors or other Managers immediately MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FOKLIFT EXPERIENCE: Employees will be operating forklifts or cherry-pickers must be trained and certified. Physical requirements: * This position typically requires that the employee lift heavy items, up to or more than 50 lbs. * This position will require that the employee stand for virtually their entire shift (8 or more hours) All positions require passing a mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and background check. You will operate our integral batch quench and tempering furnaces. We provide on-line training that leads to a certification as a Qualified Furnace Operator. While it does get quite warm in our operation, you will be provided with ample cool down breaks. We provide electrolyte drinks and freezer pops for our team during the hot AZ summers. Responsibilities: Operate applicable machinery or equipment to completely process metal parts through all heat treatment processes. * Follow priorities and schedules set by Supervisors to ensure product is accurately and efficiently processed. * Uses technical heat treat knowledge to set controls and adjust for both hardening and tempering furnaces. * Assist with furnace scheduling. * Process basket loads safely into the furnaces and make mechanical equipment adjustments as necessary. * Responsible for the collaboration and synchronization of Tech and General Laborer positions * Works with Branch Manager to set daily and weekly production goals. * Collects and monitors productivity data for heat treated samples while following guidelines set forth by established quality system in place, including A2LA accreditation requirements. * Operate forklift - training and certification required and provided on site. * Trains employees in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight vehicles. * Perform all General Laborer and Tech duties as needed. * Stage material for all plant processes and operations * Provide heat treat process training to Laborer and Tech positions.
