Responds to customer service complaints. Performs bacteriological water sampling (upon licensing, when required). Repair and maintain control valves, check-valves, and air releases. Troubleshoots minor electrical problems when required. Perform minor repairs to electrical controls, chart machines, timers, phase protectors, and SCADA components when required. Operate and maintain vehicles. Responds to emergency calls periodically (on-call 24 hours for 7 days). Performs other essential duties as required to achieve successful operations of the department.
