Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will support Human Resource in providing guidance, coaching, and support to management and staff regarding employee relations issues, performance management, policies and procedures, and other areas of the HR function as needed.
What you will do:

Local implementation, monitoring and maintenance of HR Policy and Health and Safety initiatives
Reporting of Workers' Compensation claims and maintenance of Return-To-Work Program

Qualifications:
Bilingual - Spanish and English
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Or equivalent training and experience.
3 years related HR experience in a generalist capacity, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and HRIS.
Solid understanding of related regulatory requirements (e.g. employment law, worker's compensation, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
Superior interpersonal, relationship building and customer service skills.

Essential Functions of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to complete the following functions:
Provide personal care to residents in a manner conductive to their safety and comfort consistent with Company Clinical Policies and Procedures as well as state/federal guidelines and regulations.
Initiates the development and implementation of policies and procedures that govern the nursing staff in collaboration with appropriate services.
Responsible for the provision of nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Establish and maintain job specification and descriptions for nursing staff.
Address and support cultural practices if such practices do not harm others or interfere with the planned course of medical therapy.
Recommend modifications, additions, or deletions to nursing staffing plans to ensure reasonable hours and acceptable working conditions to provide optimal resident care coverage.
Assure that each resident's accident or incident is fully documented and reported in accordance with Company Clinical Policies and Procedures and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
Represent nursing staff on various committees, Infection Prevention and Control, Pain Management, Performance Improvement, and Quality Assurance.
Make rounds to all nursing units daily.
Participate in performance improvement functions by collecting and verifying data, as needed.
Consult other departments, as appropriate, to provide for an interdisciplinary approach to the resident's needs.
Ensure licensed nurses perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments on all residents.
Demonstrate knowledge of the geriatric residents and evaluate licensed nurse's abilities to asses and reassess residents.
Ability to interpret results of test and procedures; take appropriate action.
Assess residents on admission and at least once per shift, as well as when conditions change and document appropriately.
Ability to adequately assess and reassess residents' pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and education resident and family on pain management.
Interpret test results and take appropriate action on results.
Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions and document observations as required.
Promote a safe and clean hazard-free environment for residents, family members, and staff members.
Assure equipment is clean and functional. Report any malfunctions to supervisor.
Ability to function as a team leader and role model.
Abide by the Company Clinical policies and procedures for Abuse Prevention.
Notify physician of changes in resident's condition and follow through until appropriate action is taken.
Follow through, as needed, on information given by shift report, resident or family regarding resident concerns.
Implement plan of care for the resident based on assessments and goals as established by the interdisciplinary care team.
Attend all required meetings.
Plan and coordinate with Administrator, utilizing the respective service managers for planning the budgeting requirements for staff, performance of work, supplies, and equipment.
Responsible for cost controls to ensure maximum effectiveness of funds expended from approved department budgets.
Follows infection prevention and control procedures and supervises supportive staff in infection prevention and control procedures.
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
Supports the Center.
Is knowledgeable of patient/resident rights and promotes an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.

Provide activity therapy treatment, interaction and socialization to senior living residents in an effort to facilitate optimal physical, emotional and mental health. Develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive activity plan that is continuously improving.
Activities Director Duties:
Develop monthly calendar of activities; schedule, pre-plan and implement based on facility activity schedule and socialization of residents
Photograph and submit activity results for social media pages

Description:
The Ready-Mix Plant Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the plant in all areas including, but not limited to, administration, employee management, production, quality, asset management and maintenance, shipping, purchasing, inventory, safety, and environmental. In addition to plant oversight, this position will also operate a ready-mix truck as needed to support daily operations and ensure timely delivery of concrete to job sites.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the ready-mix plant, including production, quality control, delivery logistics, inventory management, and personnel supervision.
Ensure customer orders are scheduled, produced, and delivered accurately and on time while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Operate a ready-mix truck as needed to support delivery schedules, ensuring safe and professional operation on public roadways and construction sites in compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies.
Manage and train plant and driver personnel; conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development and succession planning.
Monitor and direct plant safety programs; enforce safety compliance and partner with the safety team to maintain a safe work environment.
Assign drivers to trucks and routes based on production needs; verify proper completion of pre-trip inspections, and monitor vehicle readiness and cleanliness.
Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and overall condition of trucks, equipment, and plant facilities; coordinate with mechanics and service providers as needed.
Maintain accurate records and complete reports such as inventory counts, work orders, delivery documentation, and daily inspections in a timely manner.
Communicate frequently with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and truck status; use proper radio or system communication protocols.
Manage raw material and construction supply inventory; order materials following company purchasing policies.
Ensure plant site is maintained in a clean, orderly, and environmentally compliant condition including stormwater and washout controls.
Serve as a positive representative of the company by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Assist production operations across other locations or equipment, including filling in for other operators or managers as needed.
Perform additional duties related to plant and delivery operations as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, or demonstrable equivalent.
Two years’ experience operating a ready-mix plant and ready-mix equipment and vehicles.
Possess an appropriate CDL driver’s license and all applicable license endorsements. Driving record must not cause an adverse insurance risk rating or premium increase, and not have any moving violations in the previous 6-months.
