The Sr. Manager, HR Operations, will be responsible for driving the efficiency and excellence of our HR operations. Lead key HR operational processes including HR data management, with a strong focus on analytics/reporting, compliance, benefits strategy, and execution.
Partners with other members of the HR team, employees, and stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including benefits administration, leave and accommodation management, compliance audits, and employee data management. Ensuring policies and processes comply with US federal, state, and local regulations as well as global company requirements.
Partner with global HRBP, payroll, compliance team, and other cross functional teams to ensure seamless HR processes.
Identify, design, and implement scalable HR processes.
Initiate HR operations projects and solutions focused on process optimization.
Develop and manage HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-making and reporting. Provide insights and recommendations on HR trends and opportunities.
HR point person for annual audits (ISO, SOC, financial).
Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience). 5+ years' management experience
Expertise with various US health benefit models including partial and full self-funding
Global HR operations expertise with exceptional communication, partnering and continuous improvement mindset
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
HRIS systems expertise (ADP currently)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Compensation range: $125,000 - $150,000
