Joe Nader is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director with Calamos Wealth Management. He is a member of the Senior Leadership team and reports directly to the CEO of Calamos Investments. Joe is responsible for leading and managing the Advisors and Advisory teams in the South East, Midwest and Northeast Divisions of the firm. He also works closely with many of our clients, managing relationships and providing expert financial planning and investment advice.

Joe has extensive experience in private wealth management working with both US as well as international clients. With over 25 years of experience and fluency in Spanish, he has served high net worth individuals, families and institutions at internationally known private banks, as the Chief Investment Officer of a large family office for one of Miami’s most prominent families as well as the Chief Investment Officer of the largest privately held Trust Company in the State of Florida. Prior to joining Calamos, he was the Lead Managing Director for a multi-billion dollar Registered Investment Advisory firm.

In addition to his senior level role at Calamos Wealth Management, Joe is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nicklaus Children's Hospital and a member of the Board of Directors of the Nicklaus Children's Health System (the governing board which overseas the Hospital, the Foundation as well as all other entities). He serves as Chair of the System's Finance as well as Investment Committees with oversight for all endowment as well as all pension plan assets. He has been involved with the hospital for nearly a decade.

He has written numerous articles on subjects related to Wealth Management , Investments and Trust and Estate Planning. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist and has appeared on all forms of media in both English and Spanish. Additionally he is an Adjunct Professor with Florida International University where he teaches a course on Investments for the International MBA program.

Richard Conger is a Chief Trust Officer, Senior Vice President at Coral Gables Trust Company and is based in Miami/, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has worked as Sr VP at SunTrust Bank, Miami and senior trust officer at SUNTRUST BANKS INC. Richard studied at University of Louisville between 1966 and 1969.
