Job Description The Activity Desk Concierge coordinates guest participation in the activities offered via the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center located in West Glacier. The concierge works closely with the store manager, corral manager, and reservations staff. The concierge will greet customers in person, over the phone, and through email inquiries and assist them with booking trips or services offered by Swan Mountain Outfitters as well as give out relevant visitor information. They will assist the corral staff to check in guests for their rides throughout the day (administer paperwork, process payments, educate about policies related to the ride).
