Responsible for the development and growth of the individuals in the Quality Department.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and quality certification.
Qualifications
Journeyman electrician with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor.
In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Construction.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring invoices for assigned accounts are submitted timely, accurately, completely and in accordance with established billing processes or procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process approximately 150 invoices daily, keeping data entry errors within the guidelines of the Company's efficiency standards.

Responsibilities
Support the project's HSE initiatives and programs.
Support and conduct jobsite inspections to identify and initiate corrective actions and document observed safe and unsafe work practices or conditions.
Participate in the incident investigation and causal analysis processes.
Assist employees and crews in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk through the PTP process.
Build knowledge and understanding of applicable legislative, client, and Nox policies and procedures applicable to the project.

Provide first aid as necessary and to the limits of training and ability.
Support the needs of the Project HSE Department.
Engage in site and crew meetings.

Qualifications

Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with the QA/QC department to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
Drive a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team is operating at its full capacity and maintaining Corbins' policies.
Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule.
Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities.
Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.

Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities
Enforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes.
Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations
Drive a growth-motivated and safety-first culture.
Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects.
Ensure professional resolution of escalated field-related issues and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule.
Installs control and distribution apparatus' and fastens in place
Test and start up systems and continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components by testing and starting up systems and
Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement
May be required to pull wire through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment
Disassembles and repairs defective electrical equipment or systems
Operate electrical and mechanical hand tools, power, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical tools
Qualifications
All applicants must be able to provide an active copy of the appropriate licensing prior to receiving an offer of employment.
5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience
Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards
Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day.
Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area.
Able to work a 40-hour week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required.
Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
Proof of OSHA-10 Certification card is required.
