We are currently seeking a Field Support Coordinator to add to our Field Support Team. This individual serves as a vital link between our field support team and our project teams. Responsibilities Perform as a liaise for tool needs across jobsites. Provide both physical and technical support to our field personnel and execute tool requests for work sites. Build and maintain positive correspondence with company personnel. Dispense information on continual questions regarding tools and tool requests. Input and track tools and other assets using computer software. Maintain records of tool assignments and any required documentation. Generate delivery requests and prepare tools for delivery to site. Conduct maintenance of existing tools and equipment. Assemble, breakdown, and inspect tool assets for needed service intervals or repairs. Create tool and safety equipment orders for stocked items to minimize shortages of crucial, frequently used items. Analyze receiving paperwork of delivered goods from vendors, verify accuracy of shipped quantities, and communicate any discrepancies. Administer tool audits at jobsites. Travel is provided to jobsites. Assist with the cleaning, organizing and overall maintaining of the warehouse at the main office. Accept parcels mailed to main office and notify addressee of receipt and/or deliver items to associates desk or office. Perform other job-related responsibilities / functions as required by business needs. Qualifications Proven work experience as warehouse and/or relevant logistics function. Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff. Proficient with and aptitude to quickly learn Microsoft suite and other computer software/programs. Strong people skills (Ability to build and maintain positive relationships). Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests. Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, unassisted, as required. Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area when necessary. As our Warehouse Driver, you play an integral role in supporting Corbins field workforce by transporting company material and assets to and from project sites, on time, and safely. When you're not on deliveries, you will provide support to all other warehouse needs as directed by the Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities Coordinate delivery and pick up of items from warehouse to site-specific locations and vice versa. Move, protect, store, and control company material and equipment delivered to our warehouse. Assist team members by pulling requested electrical material or tools and preparing it to be delivered to other locations at site. Build and maintain a positive rapport with all individuals with a “service culture” approach. Help move, organize, and clean the warehouse and other company-occupied areas. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. This subject matter expert will have significant autonomy contributing technical support to make safety-related decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead daily audits of all work areas. Provide safety expertise in response to identified deficiencies and requests for safety assistance. Communication with the project team and field leadership is essential. Prepare professional reports, conduct safety briefings, act as company spokesperson for site safety issues, research, and answer site safety questions and concerns. Resolve site safety issues and provide emergency response as needed that arises from sub-contractors, customers, employees, and company managers. Identify gaps and implement safety program elements, as needed, to comply with customer and regulatory requirements. Direct comprehensive, in-depth investigations of all injury and loss incidents, identify all causal factors, develop and implement measures to prevent recurrences, and follow up to ensure long-term resolution. Conduct safety training, testing, and record-keeping for all employees, sub-contractors, and where Rosendin is prime, all other persons arriving on site (New Hire Orientation, Equipment Training, Haz Com, Fall Protection, Excavation, Confined Space, Lockout/Tag out, Crane and Rigging, etc.). Act as an advisor to the company management team and customer agencies to ensure safety requirements are identified, communicated to employees, and fulfilled. Manage the assigned project's safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids. Develop and review the site safety plan for the project. Contribute to project start-up meetings. Review of the three-week look ahead for the project. Ensure a crisis management plan is implemented for projects and facilities. Ensure clinics/medical facilities are set up, and the project team knows their location. Ensure procedures are followed for LOTO and first-time energization at the project site. Review Step by Step and MOPS (Method of Procedures). Develop and participate in RCAs (root cause analysis) to prevent reoccurring events at projects. Identify needs and compose training documents, pre-task plans, permits, training certifications, sign-in sheets, and toolbox meetings to the appropriate database or filing system. Responsible for injury case management; coordination with insurance representatives and vendors as assigned by senior safety leadership. SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring invoices for assigned accounts are submitted timely, accurately, completely and in accordance with established billing processes or procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Process approximately 150 invoices daily, keeping data entry errors within the guidelines of the Company's efficiency standards. Audit invoices for the appropriate sales tax rates and calculation issues; post to a General Ledger. Resolve issues with invoices unable to be keyed - identify issues and send them to purchasing for resolution. Prioritize work so that discounts are maximized. Provide timely resolution of issues when called by vendor. Resolution includes interfacing with Purchasing Agent and vendor until issue is resolved. Reconciliation of monthly vendor statements. Checks are run and processed three times a month. This entails comparing check to imaging system and accounting system for accuracy. Perform general clerical duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Responsible for the completion of the workflow process along with maintaining vendor relations.
