Fredrick 'Fritz' Smith is a Chief Revenue Officer at Corcentric and is based in Denver, Colorado. He has worked as Chief Revenue Officer at P2 Energy Solutions; Vice President, Global Sales, Enviroment/Heath/Sustainalbilty at IHS ENVIRONMENTAL INC.; and Vice President, Sales, Americas at Nexagent. Fredrick studied at Buffalo State College.

Ed Benack has extensive, global leadership experience in the tech industry where he has managed multiple award-winning organizations. Most recently, Ed was the Senior Vice President of Cvent’s Global Customer Success, Services, and Support organizations. Before joining Cvent, Ed was CIO and Chief Customer Officer at Acronis. He had also served as SVP of Customer Experience and Services for Monster Worldwide.

Before Monster, Ed was General Manager of Customer Service for Microsoft North America and later Asia. Prior to that, he held senior roles within Microsoft’s Information Technology Group. Prior to joining the corporate world, Ed was a US Army Officer stationed in West Germany.

He holds an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from Bucknell University.

Manish is a Software Executive with a strong Technical and Product Management background and extensive experience in defining the technology vision, product strategy, development, and delivery of cloud-based products. He is a proven Technology and Product Management executive in SaaS and enterprise software applications impacting exponential revenue and customer growth globally, launching successful product market introductions, effectively leading and managing talented teams globally.

Mr. Jaiswal comes to Corcentric from SAP Ariba, where he was Global Vice President, SAP Cloud - Ariba Network Product and Engineering, managing engineering organizations across five countries. He also led and designed the company’s highly scalable cloud integration platform and Supply Chain Network, as well as introduced the FinTech innovation which resulted in billions of dollars in annual payments using discount management, virtual cards, supply chain & receivables finance. A frequent industry speaker and presenter, Mr. Jaiswal brings deep experience in building large scale cloud-based applications, B2B, Business Networks, SaaS, EAI, ERP, Middleware, Enterprise Software, M&A, and Integration to Corcentric.

Mark Joyce is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corcentric. He sets the financial, corporate development, investor relations and human resources goals for the company of 500+ employees.Mark is responsible for Corcentric’s global business strategy that has generated substantial company growth. In 2020, he led the company’s efforts securing a significant minority growth equity investment from New York-based private equity firm, Bregal Sagemount. The $80 million capital raise will support Corcentric’s product innovation and solution integration efforts as the company continues its global expansion; helping businesses reduce costs and spend more efficiently.Mark also led the company to secure a $200 million senior credit facility in 2018, and facilitated the acquisition of three companies since 2018: Source One Management Services, LLC, a leading tech-enabled procurement services provider, Netsend Ltd., a British firm offering electronic billing, invoice, and documents distribution services, and Determine, Inc., a leader in global Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. Mark is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NationaLease, an organization managed by Corcentric. Prior to joining Corcentric, Mark was Corporate Controller of the Goeken Group Corporation and a General Services Manager and Continuing Professional Education Instructor for RSM, LLP. Mark received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Ohio and his M.B.A. degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
