Betsy C. Donat - Ardita, Esq. is a Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel at Cordant Health Solutions and is based in Greater Denver Area. Brad Eckmann joined Cordant in 2013 as the director of enterprise initiatives and transitioned into his current role as chief of staff in 2017. In that time he has served on several key initiatives at Cordant, including strategic planning and execution, and finance and accounting. Prior to joining Cordant, Brad served in various capacities at Waud Capital, a private equity firm in Chicago. While at Waud, he served on several boards, including that of Acadia Healthcare and Maxum Petroleum. Prior to Waud he served as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York and Chicago. Brad graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor of science degree with honors in accounting and finance. ​

Jason Roeder joined Cordant in June of 2017 with over 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions at private equity-owned companies. He also spent eight years at a Big 4 accounting and consulting financial firm. Prior to joining Cordant, he was CFO of Schryver Medical, an entrepreneurial firm serving the long-term care market. Jason graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting and finance.
