This role reports to the Manager MedTech Group Finance, FP&A and its key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with MedTech Group Finance and Operating Companies on framing, analyzing and presenting worldwide results to Group CFO, GOC, and EC with emphasis on Sales, BvA's and Headcount.
Preparing, analyzing, and publishing financial reporting packages for the Executive Committee and MedTech Leadership Team including monthly/quarterly financial results, forecast updates, meetings decks / analyses and financial scorecards.
Consolidating MedTech reported financial data using the existing system and news systems being implemented as part of SigniFi transformation.
Ensuring reasonableness and accuracy of financial data reported to Corporate through existing and new systems and managing the coordination and documentation of quarterly SOX controls.
Consolidate, report, and analyze financial forecasts, latest thinking, and actuals for the MedTech group and ensure all submissions are timely and accurate; proactively investigate significant variances to ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance of quarterly actual results.
Establish and maintain strong business partnerships and cross-functional relationships to support financial processes; live into implementation of SigniFi and support MedTech integration.
Addressing ad-hoc requests & projects.
This position provides an outstanding opportunity for the self-starter to get involved in strategic projects with significant exposure to the VP of MedTech Group Finance and to the MedTech Group CFO. This role is part of a dynamic team that interacts frequently with Regional FP&A organizations, WW Consolidations, and others.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.

* Serve as primary Finance business partner for the global EP & NV Procurement and Supply Chain teams to analyze financial data and influence business decisions
* Independently lead key month-end close and forecasting processes, including building content for and presenting to EP & NV Supply Chain leadership teams
* Forecast, track, and analyze purchase price variances, including but not limited to cost improvement projects, market-driven price increases, and other raw material surcharges.
* Maintain balance sheet reconciliations for annual accruals, as well as consigned inventory based on timing of receipts

Within the IM R&D Finance organization, the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Operations team serves as the Global Center of Excellence for financial expertise. Reporting to the Global FP&A Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for leading global consolidations, supporting planning and actuals processes, and driving enhanced reporting and analytics.

This role will be responsible for providing financial stewardship to the CAR-T manufacturing plant and contract manufacturer (CMO) in the United States. Within the IM R&D Finance organization, the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Operations team serves as the Global Center of Excellence for financial expertise. Reporting to the Global FP&A Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for leading global consolidations, supporting planning and actuals processes, and driving enhanced reporting and analytics.
This position will have broad exposure to the IM R&D Finance Leadership Team and global finance partners. The SeniorAnalyst will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Global Consolidations for Actuals and Plan periods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all major updates.
* Prepare and deliver quarterly close communications, consolidate Latest Thinking inputs, and lead management reviews including C+2 and C+4 Close reviews.
* Develop and present executive-level reporting packages (GBO, Site Analysis/MNI, Responsibility View) for Finance Review, Tax, and FLT meetings.
* Coordinate Target Transfer file process and lead review meetings with senior leadership during planning cycles.
* Confirm and reconcile reporting across systems (SAP Beacon, Vital/CFIN) and ensure alignment with internal guidance, with a focus on accountable function and functional area reporting.
* Drive enhanced reporting and analytics, including automation and visualization to improve clarity and decision-making.
* Support operational improvement initiatives (VOC sessions, workshops) to streamline FP&A, systems, and reporting efforts.
* Partner with CFIN and EPM teams on SigniFi workstreams, ensuring data integrity and standardization across platforms.
* Monitor and support system changes and reporting process updates to enable smooth integration and digital advancement.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to FLDPs during their rotation, ensuring successful development and workload management.
* Participate in ad-hoc projects and workstreams as assigned.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred).
* A minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business is required.
* Experience in FP&A processes, consolidations, and reporting required.
* Prior exposure to global or cross-functional teams preferred.
* Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets; experience with visualization tools is preferred.
* Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights are required.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership presentations are required.
* Ability to lead multiple priorities with agility in a dynamic environment is required.
