Before the formation of NEWSCYCLE Solutions, Dan Paulus held the positions of President and Vice President of Sales, Americas at Digital Technology International (DTI). He joined DTI in 2007 when the company acquired Publishing Business Systems (PBS), where he served as vice president of Sales. Dan arrived at Publishing Business Systems via FirstLogic, a data-quality software company later acquired by Business Objects and SAP. During his eight years at FirstLogic, he served in variety of management roles, the last being vice president of Software Business Development. Dan is a native of Wisconsin who earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

Raj Lakhani, Vice President of Finance and Administration at Ensequence, is responsible for finance, accounting, HR, and paralegal functions. He has extensive experience in technology companies, in both finance and software engineering functions. Raj finished his Master's degree in Computer Applications from Delhi University, India and worked for several years as a software engineer in companies such as IBM. After receiving an MBA in Finance from Yale University, Raj launched his career in the Finance function, leveraging his engineering background at technology-driven companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Nokia, and Medidata Solutions. Raj is multilingual and enjoys adding to his extensive knowledge of history and culture. He lives in White Plains, NY with his wife and twins.
