Job Summary Responsible for specialized construction of segmental retaining wall systems. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Unloads materials on site that are to be used in the construction of retaining walls. Placing, raking, and shoveling stone to build a level footer for placing segmental block. Hooking chains, stacking, straightening, leveling, and shimming block to build a wall level wall consistent with the construction documents. Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor. Operate skid-steer or excavator to transport and place materials where designated by supervisor. Place all materials necessary during construction of the retaining wall system such as block, goe-grid, fabric, drainage pipe, etc. Maintain an understanding of all the products that are used on a retaining wall project, and how to use them. Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same. Confirm payroll hours with direct supervisor before the end of each payroll period to confirm accuracy. Perform basic equipment maintenance such as changing oil, greasing fittings, changing filters, changing tracks, etc. Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable Education And Experience HS Diploma or GED,strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 2 - 5 years of experience in area of responsibility. Work Environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, using a 10-key or calculator, bending or squatting. Outdoor environment with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes, which may cause noticeable discomfort. Typically requires overnight travel and hotel stays during the week. Employees are typically out of town more than 50% of weekdays. Job Summary Our company is currently seeking a skilled Senior Fire Pump Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation and operation of fire pumps and their associated systems. The Senior Fire Pump Technician will work on a variety of fire pump systems, including electric, diesel, and jockey pumps, to ensure their functionality and reliability. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Review project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that fire pump systems are installed correctly. Conduct pre-functional testing and commissioning of fire pump systems to ensure that they are operating correctly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire pump systems. Conduct flow tests on fire pumps to ensure proper operation Document and report on the results of testing and commissioning to the Customer. Document all work performed and maintain accurate records . (Writing/ Photographs) Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service Staying up-to-date with the latest fire protection technologies, codes, and standards. Requirements Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree or related area. Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Fire Pump Technician or similar role. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of fire pump systems, including electric, diesel, and jockey pumps. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to provide quotations. Ability to use electrical testing equipment. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure projects. The Estimator will work closely with sales teams, project managers, engineers, and vendors to support bid preparation, pricing strategy, and project planning. This is a critical role that directly supports our mission to deliver industry-leading solutions to municipalities, contractors, and utility companies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates for waterworks construction and distribution projects. Collaborate with sales representatives, branch staff, and customers to identify project requirements and ensure accurate takeoffs. Perform detailed material takeoffs using digital and manual tools. Source vendor quotes and pricing for pipes, valves, fittings, meters, and related products. Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals in a timely manner. Maintain and update pricing databases, bid logs, and project tracking tools. Attend pre-bid meetings and work closely with customers to understand scope and constraints. Monitor awarded projects to ensure accuracy of estimated vs. actual costs. Partner with operations and procurement teams to support post-award project execution. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of estimating experience in the construction, civil, or waterworks industry. Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and stormwater materials, industry standards, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret civil site plans and technical drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoBid, or similar tools). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Summary Provide strategic direction on Critical Infrastructure projects. Responsible for preliminary scoping, evaluation and feasibility assessment of enterprise-wide projects. Select and facilitate teams of major stakeholders who possess strategic decision-making responsibilities in their respective organizations. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Manages department needs and day-to-day supervision of project management office associates. Provides leadership, coaching and training. Develops and executes career progression plans for staff. Develops and manages an operating plan and department budget. Oversees schedules, budgets and deliverables associated with the design, replacement, upgrade and integration of technology, applications and facilities associated with project execution. Ensures existing methods and/or processes promote effective and efficient operations. Analyzes existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods. Provides high-level research support to include building decision scenarios and providing analysis of financial and organizational implications of recommendations. Provides resource-planning guidelines such as cost estimates, human resource needs, and high-level budget development. Oversees the business development process, business analysis, participates in review and sign-off of technical requirements, develops and executes workflows and coordinates overall implementation. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years project management experience Experience managing large, cross-functional projects. BS/BA in related discipline.
