Perform cycle counts as required following through on discrepancies as needed.
Participate in weekend inventory events as scheduled.
Perform vehicle and/or forklift inspections as required, schedule routine or repair maintenance as needed. Maintain presentable truck appearance, cleaning as needed.
Assist in performance of year-end physical inventories for various branch locations.
Depending on specific role, may occasionally be required to make deliveries or pickups.
Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions.
Perform other responsibilities as directed.

As a Stemilt Hybrid ForkliftOperator you are charged with completing different tasks such as making sure that pallets are ticketed, strapped, and wrapped appropriately prior to moving them out of the Euclid Warehouse Plant. General:
· Adhere to all safety protocols, including honking at corners and blind spots, and demonstrating courtesy to pedestrians.
· Conduct a comprehensive forklift inspection at the beginning of each shift.
· Scan tickets accurately when transporting or loading pallets.
· Consolidate partial pallets as necessary for efficiency.
· Organize pallets systematically to facilitate workflow.
· Manage and distribute packaging supplies throughout the facility.
· Perform sweeping and cleaning duties in the outdoor areas of the facility.
· Deliver 5-gallon water jugs to various locations within the facility.
· Ensure the work area is maintained in a clean and organized manner.

Palletizing:

Position Description
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for recording data pertaining to receiving, storing, and shipping of grain at grain elevators. The Warehouse Operator will work with the other members of the team to work toward operational goals while maintaining quality and efficiencies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Operate production equipment; open and close slide gates to start stop flow of grain.
Accurate weighing grain and record in computer system print and sign scale tickets for all unloaded and loaded out grain by truck or rail.
Responsible for accurately taking samples of all unloaded and loaded grain.
Responsible for keeping charts indicating location and contents of storage tanks and bins.
Complete and accurately monitor grades by weighing grain samples and recording results.
Operate production equipment; start conveyors, bucket elevators select flow pipes, and selects storage tanks to convey grain into storage or for load out.
Prepare rail car for loading; open/close rail car lids using anti-fall harness (safely exit the rail car height: 15-20 feet).
Operate a forklift.
Maintain all equipment including repair, periodic maintenance, and service. Including documenting in web-based maintenance program.
General housekeeping and upkeep of working area to include; sweeping, shoveling, vacuum, compressed air, and sanitation.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.

Position Summary
Machine Operators form metal parts from sheet and/or plate material of different types using CNC press brakes. Operators are responsible for making the necessary adjustments to the press brake to ensure that it is correctly set up, functioning properly and producing parts that meet blueprint specifications.
Essential Responsibilities
At all times safety is a top priority while performing any part of your job.
Follow instruction given by Supervisor.
Operates CNC press brake to form sheet metal parts per specifications identified on the blueprint.
Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Changes out tooling as required to meet blueprint specifications.
Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction.
Measures workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
Stacks and transports finished workpieces for delivery to the next station.
Operates machines at production level with little supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
Able to read and comprehend basic blueprints
Safely operator basic hand tools (grinders, bevel mills, drills, etc.)
Able to safely operate 1 of 4 press brakes
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma of general education degree (GED); or six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ForkliftOperator Responsibilities:
* Responsible for operating a forklift in the warehouse and production areas of the plant.
* Prior to shift start, ensure propane tanks are filled and forklift equipment is properly blown out and all fluids checked.
* Grease fittings if needed.
* All raw materials are to be stacked in a neat and orderly fashion.
* The warehouse is to be swept daily and trash bins emptied when full.
* All trucks loaded are to have proper paperwork before being loaded (packing slips and weight ticket). All trucks loaded are to be counted and recounted by another associate and both persons sign off that the proper amount of product has been verified and loaded.
* Packaging slips must be attached to all loads and packing slip enclosed.
* Load seals must be attached to all trucks by the forkliftoperator before the truck leaves the dock area. Plywood is to be stacked during the teardown of pods.
* When the plywood rack is full, it is to be banded and stacked for later use.
* Re Stacks and bags returned to system must be worked on daily and recorded.
* Seat belts are to be worn at all times and the lift must be operated at a safe speed.
* Junk pallets are to be stacked and put in their proper place until they can be disposed of.
* Clean up warehouse at the end of shift.
* Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed.
* Move and wrap completed products.
* Assist the Shift Leads to start and stop the pellet mills.
