Core Dev - Crypto
Remote core setter job
Job DescriptionCareer Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Core Dev - Crypto - this is a fully remote role for candidates based in N/S America. Salary range: 120-200K USD yearly plus benefits.
We are on a mission to simplify DeFi and make sophisticated yield opportunities available to anyone, anywhere. Guided by our vision “to create transparent and reliable DeFi experiences that drive financial value and opportunity,” we translate complex strategies into intuitive, one-click products that empower users and institutions alike.
What We Build
Leverage Tokens - ERC-20 assets that bundle borrowing, swapping, and automated rebalancing into a single token, giving users amplified exposure without the headache of active position management.
Vaults - curated strategy vaults that automate liquidity deployment and risk management so capital never sits idle.
Staking - a straightforward way to lock SEAM and earn protocol fees.
Governance - SEAM holder community-led decision-making that steers new product launches, risk parameters, and treasury growth.
Why Work With Us
Category Ownership - We're defining the next generation of DeFi primitives-packaged leverage-on Base and beyond. Your code will ship to hundreds of thousands of wallets and manage nine-figure TVL from day one.
Real Impact, Real Autonomy - Small, senior-heavy squads own problems end-to-end. From ideation through governance proposal to mainnet deploy, you'll see your ideas come alive fast.
Open-Source & Community First - All core smart contracts are public, auditable, and designed for composability. We believe transparent code and open governance create trust and accelerate innovation.
Sustainable Incentives - Revenue flows back to stakeholders via Staking, aligning long-term protocol health with SEAM token holders.
Our Culture
Clarity Over Complexity - whether it's UI copy or Solidity, we strip out jargon and surface only what users truly need.
Bias for Shipping - perfect is the enemy of good; iterative delivery wins.
Ownership at Every Level - if you spot a gap, you fill it.

Setter - High Ticket Sales
Remote core setter job
In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We firmly believe that some of the most talented sales professionals in the world are underpaid because they're in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We take pride in seeking out top talent, developing
them further, and enabling them to reach new levels of earning potential through high ticket sales with WFS Group. With our world class marketing systems we are constantly bringing new leads into our ecosystem, however our biggest bottleneck to scaling is generating more sales appointments from all of these leads that have already shown interest in our products, which is where you come in! When it comes to outbound dialing, there are two main buckets: cold calling, and warm dialing, which comes down to one main distinction: Warm dialing consists of only calling leads that have specifically opted in to our marketing campaigns and have expressed interest in learning more about our offers. We are looking for motivated sales development representatives or “setters” that are willing to make a ton of warm dials to consistently generate qualified sales appointments and new pipeline that leads to more revenue for WFS Group.
Base Pay with Competitive Commission Structure & Earning Potential! Selling Life Changing Products!
Endless Warm Leads to Dial from Word Class Marketing!

Auto-ApplySetter - High Ticket Sales
