As the ProjectDesigner, you will be responsible for designing and drafting architectural projects under the guidance of Project Architects/Project Managers. As part of a multi-disciplined firm, you will be coordinating with MEP, Site/Civil, and Structural Engineers, as well as Construction Project Managers. You will be responsible for the production of architectural construction documents while adhering to client requirements, code requirements and site adjustments.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with design tasks and reports under the direction of senior staff.
Conduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations. Generate reports and recommendations based on findings.
Assist in maintaining task budgets.
Coordinate and assist with addendums, RFIs, and change orders.
Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
Assist senior staff with the project approval process.
Organize and maintain project files.
Maintain documentation for billable hours.
Demonstrate an understanding of basis of design.
Demonstrate an understanding of codes.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree a plus
2-5 years of architecture production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail or restaurants
Skills/Abilities
Software: AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, and Adobe; Revit and SketchUp a plus

Our Sacramento/San Francisco office is seeking a Project Architect to support Mission Critical projects. In this role you will work independently and collaboratively through the planning and creation of fiscally responsible, cutting‑edge designs. Your experience ensures that you are quite familiar with construction plans, specifications, estimates and building codes. You will be innovating and creating new prototypes designed with sustainable products with green architecture sensibility as your goals. You will lead the development of integrated design proposals, develop and manage integrated work plans, and coordinate with clients, while leading and mentoring others and collaborating with team members to contribute to the final deliverables as required.
Your Key Responsibilities
Responsible for small to large projects of high complexity.
All of the below are items we would like you to lead, while mentoring others:
The technical portion of the project including discipline coordination and providing technical direction to the design team.
Participate in client project requirement meetings and value analysis and basic cost estimating.
Interpret and apply building codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies.
Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details.
Participate in bidding and negotiation phase and prepares addenda.
Lead the construction administration phase with the design team, including but not limited to reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, prepares site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of specs with construction documents.
Participate in constructability review.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control on own projects.
Strong Revit skills, familiarity with clash coordination strategies a plus.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Passion for and experience with Mission Critical and similar building types.
Requisite knowledge and application of accessibility codes, applicable building codes. Also, knowledge of building construction systems, means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards.
Strong understanding of all phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of building construction systems means and methods, materials, and industry standards.

About the Position
As an entry‑level designer/engineering role, the candidate will begin their career on the production team to learn Revit and deliver document packages to the client. This compensation will vary depending on your role‑related skills, experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise. Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer for a client in Dallas. The Graphic Designer will be partnering with senior creatives to execute branding campaigns, collateral, programs, event materials. Graphic Designer will be responsible for both design and production of all creative materials, including working with outside vendors and partners. Graphic Designer will be working a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple designproject deadlines. Graphic Designer will need to execute within brief and brand guidelines provided, working some from templates and some from scratch.

Ability to go on-site in the Downtown Dallas area 3 days a week!

Experience with print design, including the formatting and releasing of error-free files
Comfortable with a fast-pace and quick turnaround deadlines

The Opportunity
This is a foundational, net-new role for an early-career AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer who wants to grow alongside a mission-driven development firm. You'll work closely with an outsourced civil engineering partner-mirroring select responsibilities while supporting concept development, visualization, and documentation. Over time, this role will expand in scope and ownership, with a clear path toward increased responsibility as internal design capabilities mature.
You'll play a hands-on role in shaping master-planned communities that balance beauty, functionality, and constructability-contributing directly to how people experience everyday living.
What You'll Do
Design & Documentation
Develop community master plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, supporting residential layouts, circulation, open space, and amenity planning
Produce 3D renderings and visualizations that bring neighborhood concepts and lifestyle experiences to life
Support construction documentation, including site plans, grading concepts, and utility layouts for internal review and external coordination
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with outsourced civil engineering partners to:
Prepare and iterate concepts prior to formal handoff
Review, redline, and QA third-party drawings
Incorporate feedback and maintain drawing consistency
Collaborate with internal development, planning, and leadership teams to align design intent with business goals
Growth & Ownership
Gradually assume increased responsibility for internal drawings and design coordination
Help establish internal standards, workflows, and best practices for in-house civil design support
Grow into a more senior design role as the company continues to scale its platform
What You Bring
Required
1-3+ years of professional experience in civil or site design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Exposure to residential land development and/or master-planned communities
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design iterations
Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Rhino
Familiarity with single-family or townhome developments
Early exposure to construction documentation or coordination with external consultants
