Primary Function
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a critical client-facing role in the event production process, assessing production needs and interfacing with stakeholders. You will lead discovery calls, gather event requirements, and translate client objectives into plans for resourcing. You will partner closely with the scheduling team to match the pace and volume of intake. Serving as the bridge between client needs and production execution, you will guide projects through the process to deliver seamless in-person, hybrid, and digital events that meet the company's high standards of innovation and excellence.
With a focus on collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency, you'll oversee project scoping, scheduling, and tracking while providing organizational support to production teams. Your expertise in event workflows and client relations will help drive successful outcomes for complex and high-profile events.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead client discovery calls to assess event requirements, goals, and technical needs
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, timelines, and outcomes
Offer creative solutions for resource and logistical challenges during project intake
Produce smaller budget events and serve as the main POC for the event Production team
Prepare detailed project breakdowns, including estimates, SOWs, and production schedules
Manage and oversee the flow of purchase orders, vendor invoices, and project reconciliation processes
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring events stay on schedule and within budget
Partner with the Scheduling team to manage concurrent venue calendars and allocate resources
Coordinate pre-production meetings, ensuring alignment between internal teams and clients
Act as the primary liaison between internal production teams and clients
Continually strive to employ best practices and adhere to program requirements
Assist with special projects, including new workflow ideations and implementation

Skills & Qualifications
An overall understanding of the live program production process is necessary and a strong sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution is critical
Strong understanding of event production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive communicator, excellent written and verbal communications skills; superb listener
Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills
Proficient with resource planning, budgeting, and financial tracking
Ability to maintain professionalism while managing client expectations and resolving challenges
Proficiency in production tools and platforms, project management software, and media asset systems
Familiarity with AV and event terminology, workflows, and technical requirements
Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams, vendors, and clients
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions
Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and evolving client needs
Must be proficient in Google Workspace. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Asana, Airtable, and Salesforce, are also helpful.
Education & Experience
Min. 3+ years major brand or agency production and event administration, production coordination, or project management
Degree in Video/Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required
Hands-on experience as a production coordinator or production manager in the commercial video, film, or live event industry is required
Certifications such as PMP, DES, CTS, a plus

Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program. Spring 2026 graduates are not eligible for our Summer 2026 internship program.

Your Future Team
You'll be joining a small but nimble team of producers and content creators within the Content Studio. We oversee the full creative and production process-from concept to delivery-crafting narrative-led live-action and audio branded content that brings Atlassian stories to life.

Support the creative development of branded video and audio content, from concept to final delivery.
Contribute ideas and collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and production planning.

Manage media assets and maintain organized project files throughout the production process.
Collaborate closely with our creative director, producers, editors, content creators, and designers to ensure seamless execution across all deliverables.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026.
Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027, ideally in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of video production, from concept development through post-production.
Entry level hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Entry level experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with branded content, social media storytelling, or short-form video formats.
Experience creating narrative-driven content (e.g. social media content).
Basic video editing skills (using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
Understanding of production workflows and digital asset management.
A portfolio or reel demonstrating creative and technical ability in video production.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

The Job You Will Perform:
Responsible to Plant Management for the day-to-day safe operations
Assist as assigned through the facility (feeding and stacking at various machines, and assist with hand labor and housekeeping).
Understand basic principles of corrugated (flutes, corrugation direction, and various substrates).
Assist Assistant Operator and Operator with set-ups and production on machine
Ensure the quality of the finished product produced at each machine center is carried out in the most efficient manner with company quality and production requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Digital Production Technician, Localization is responsible for creating and validating high-quality subtitle deliverables, including 3D subtitle formats, placement, timing, conversions, and structural checks. This role sits within the Digital Production team and supports operational integration by participating in cross-training and assisting with select Digital Fulfillment workflows as needed. The technician ensures all localization assets meet client specifications, internal standards, and delivery deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Convert subtitle files into required formats according to documented specifications and workflows.
Utilize multiple software programs to work with closed captioning and subtitle formats of all languages.
Perform subtitle placement, simple to complex conforms, checks on various formats, and quality validations to ensure error-free deliverables.
Able to triage known and common subtitle and closed captioning issues as well as more advanced issues and provide detailed feedback or solutions.
Revise or update subtitle files as needed for internal or external redelivery.
Ensure all files adhere to client technical specifications and internal standards.
Follow established SOPs and workflow documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Understand ingest and platform pipeline for triage purposes relating to files known as components.
Collaborate with Digital Production leadership and team members, escalating issues as necessary.
Participate in cross-training to support additional Digital Production workflows (e.g., basic conforms, content prep) as needed.
Complete additional duties as assigned to support operational flexibility and workflow continuity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of subtitle formats, digital media standards, with strong QC proficiency.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new applications quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work under deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows and mac OS environments.
Primary Tools: Subtitle creation, QC, and proprietary conversion software.
Preferred (for cross-training): Adobe Premiere, EZTitler, MacCaptions, Hybrik, Vantage, and Digital Asset Management systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
