LPBs may support branch management with scheduling, directing, training, and on-the-spot coaching of branch staff. The Lead Personal Banker plays an important role in carrying out branch sales goals and objectives. Architecture Governance * Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and guardrails. * Lead architecture review processes to ensure alignment and reduce risk. * Provide architectural impact assessments for major initiatives. Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related disciplines. * Proven ability to drive technology strategy and deliver integrated, scalable solutions. * Strong knowledge of EA frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. * Experience with agile and lean methodologies at scale. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
