Hours: Typically forty (40) hours per week between 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm Saturday and Sunday, other hours as needed
Role: Lead Personal Bankers (“LPB”) open banking accounts, process loan applications, and assist customers with CoreFirst products and services. LPBs may support branch management with scheduling, directing, training, and on-the-spot coaching of branch staff. The Lead Personal Banker plays an important role in carrying out branch sales goals and objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Illustrates and sells the benefits of CoreFirst Bank & Trust products and services to prospective and current customers to generate new business and strengthen existing household relationships
Tracks progress towards branch sales goals. Partners with Branch Sales Manager in assigning personal and branch goals
Provides on-the-spot coaching to Personal Bankers and Customer Service Associates related to the CoreFirst products and sales process
Provides existing Bank customers with their financial needs, by listening and asking appropriate questions; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering customer questions, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with bank processes and procedures
Participates in daily branch operations including, but not limited to, opening and/or closing the branch, balancing the vault, assisting with completion of internal records and audit logs, administering safe deposit box needs, performing teller duties as required, and carrying out other administrative functions, as needed
Resolves customer escalations regarding Bank sales and services

Requirements
Experience: Two (2) years of banking experience preferred

Monitor and maintain new and existing portfolio of commercial clients in accordance with bank standards
Conduct periodic reviews on borrowing clients to monitor performance, identify issues, and restructure relationships to mitigate potential and future risk
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business required.
5+ years' experience in bank agriculture commercial lending, or marketing or selling financial services products or commercial loans is required. Or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements.
Ability to analyze financial statements and extract key information from financial and business reports required.
Proficiency with large server-based application and standard desktop software required.

We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Enterprise Architect to align business goals with technology delivery and guide the evolution of our enterprise architecture. This role influences strategy, drives innovation, and ensures our technology landscape is scalable, secure, and future-ready. You'll work across business, application, data, infrastructure, and security domains to shape major initiatives and support organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
* Maintain and update the enterprise architecture roadmap in partnership with business leaders.
* Translate business strategies into clear, actionable technology plans.
* Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Architecture Governance
* Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and guardrails.
* Lead architecture review processes to ensure alignment and reduce risk.
* Provide architectural impact assessments for major initiatives.
Innovation & Transformation
* Identify and evaluate innovative and disruptive technologies.
* Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and modernization initiatives (cloud, data, digital platforms, etc.).
* Apply design thinking and scenario planning to support organizational change.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
* Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders to foster alignment.
* Communicate architectural vision, value, and recommendations clearly.
* Mentor architects and product teams; champion best practices and continuous improvement.
* Lead the Technology Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE).
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related disciplines.
* Proven ability to drive technology strategy and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
* Strong knowledge of EA frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
* Experience with agile and lean methodologies at scale.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
