Position Description: As a Dietitian at CoreLife you will work with patients on a daily basis creating solutions for weight loss. The goal is to help maintain a high quality of care by overseeing all aspects of the patient's nutrition and diet. Major Areas of Responsibility: Evaluate nutritional histories of patients. Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Nutrition examinations and other appropriate diagnostic procedures. Design and provide a nutritional care plan individualized to each patient. Accurately notates and updates patient records. Educate patients on base concepts of nutritional science and weight maintenance. Help to maintain a high quality of care by overseeing all aspects of the patient's nutrition and diet through effective counseling. Specific Responsibilities: Evaluate patients by taking into account patient's weight, diet, medical, exercise, social, and family histories when making evaluations and establishing baseline histories of patients for future care.
