A key member of a care team, including a nurse practitioner, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or a nutrition-related field
Registered Dietitian, current registration required OR registration eligible status with the American Dietetics Association's Commission on Dietetics Registration
Current license required OR license eligible status with the Board of Dietetics Practice of the State of Maryland

Experience:
At least one year of experience working with insurance companies and understanding coverage and policies.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Call Center Experience: At least one year of experience working in a call center environment, handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, and managing customer inquiries effectively.
Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and critical thinking. Proficient in decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with patients, the public, and medical staff.

Collaborate with the care teammates to:
