Job Description: Cotality is a property and location intelligence company. The hybrid-remote team you will join builds products that are at the core of all of Cotality's data business. We are a cross-functional group of data scientists, engineers and domain SMEs in charge of digitally modelling real estate assets at a nationwide scale, both geographically and through other defining characteristics. What You Will Do: Harness the richest property and geospatial data catalog in the industry to identify uniquely identifiable locations of property development, urban expansion, and transactional activity Apply a variety of data science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques across multi-modal data assets Leverage cloud-native BigData processing capabilities on Google Cloud, directly in designing and building models, and in partnership with our engineering resources to build pipelines around them Partner with API engineering teams to make insights available to internal and external customers.
