Job Description: The hybrid-remote Cotality Data Solutions product team is expanding. The team is looking for a product manager with strong technical expertise and a passion for shaping data products. The Principal Product Manager is responsible for driving customer outcomes in our Data API's. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of API technologies with a strategic mindset for product vision, strategy, customer-centric development, and execution. This role requires the ability to translate complex data into high-performing products that empower clients to make informed decisions. Guide pricing, distribution, and competitive positioning in collaboration with peers in the sales organization Provide leadership in strategic planning for the Product Management Team. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with a master's degree in related field preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of product management/leadership experience preferred and at least 3 years of related real estate industry experience Strong technical background with knowledge of: GraphQL, SOAP, REST, Authentication (OAuth 2.0) Excellent project management, organization, and customer service skills Self-motivated, proactive engagement style Strong general business acumen, including contract and negotiation experience Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group communication skills. Other responsibilities will include customer infrastructure build-outs (cage builds, overhead installations, rack and stack), cable termination and testing, maintenance work, monitoring and responding to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, telecom, and security systems. These systems include, transformers, PLC's, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, STS', ATS' PDU's, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH, wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler, network equipment, transmission media, cabling infrastructure, security hardware, and CCTV. Duties: Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems. Areas include: Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, Building Monitoring and Control.
