What employees say about salary at CorePower Yoga
The pros of working here are a great work environment, supportive management, and lots of opportunities to get new class times added to your schedule. They also encourage you to get trained in different formats. For many yoga teachers to be full time requires working at multiple studios, but CorePower has given me enough classes that I only work there! The studios are clean and inviting and the class standards are clear.
The cons are the low pay and difficulty moving up. I did not enjoy my experience with my area director for the southeast at all. She dragged me through a 4 month long process for a promotion only to reject me at the end of the process. I did not feel valued at all. There is also very little room for salary increase based on merit.
I love the opportunity to do what I am passionate about and make a difference in my students' lives.
