About the Role As a Senior Systems Engineer on the HR and Payroll Systems team, you'll design, implement, and optimize our HR and payroll technology landscape, including Workday, Greenhouse, Rippling, Lattice, and CultureAmp. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to build and maintain a seamless, automated, and secure systems ecosystem. This role is a blend of hands-on system configuration, technical solutioning, and strategic process improvement, ensuring our HR technology stack scales with CoreWeave's global growth.
