Pros of working at Corizon Health

If Corizon would have provided the resources to do the job, the job would have been a great job, but that wasn't the case

Cons of working at Corizon Health

This company does not care about the safety of their employees or the health of the population it serves. They feel it is cheaper to pay a law suit than it is to actually provide the services that they are contracted to provide. My HSA was asked to fabricate numbers on reports so it appeared as if the job was being done when nothing was done!

To work for this company, you have to sell your soul to the devil. Do not work for this company!

Pros of working at Corizon Health

You never know when the policy and procedures will change and how or who they apply to!

Cons of working at Corizon Health

Staff are warm bodies. No interest in individuals. The turnover rate is ridiculous and their efforts to retain valuable staff have yet to be seen...

Corizon Health benefits

Watching upper management chiefs struggle with simple problems, unable to step back, break down and rebuild. Constantly providing maintenance to a house built on sand....

Pros of working at Corizon Health

We have a gym in the building.

Cons of working at Corizon Health

Turnover is high, little to no investment in current staff. Open positions are filled by personal relationships, not interview and skill potential. Individuals are promoted while other far more professional, skilled and highly motivated, intelligent employees aren’t considered
