The quality of medicine. Saying you work for Cornell
Favoritism, lack of goals and direction
discounted services and pet insurance. Medical benefits were very good
leadership was mostly consistent until recently.
Start from the top. The CEO/CMO is harsh and speaks negatively about staff on a regular basis
