Working at Cornerstone Detention Products

Honestly nothing this place is a train reck of a company you can’t trust management at all and the main guy in charge of Tucson has the office manager do his dirty work cause he’s a piece of work but everyone knows he’s behind the chaos, he’s not fooling no one. The favoritism is insane there and the management will run you to the ground they don’t care if you worked 30 straight hours.

By far worst company I have ever worked for they literally don’t value there values they should not be allowed to treat there employees how they do. No one trust the chandler office team.

Favorite benefit is that you can get away with not doing ppms n say you did them cause they would never no. Most play the same game management plays staff knows how to play them back.

Honestly the main guy came to chandler office n watched the main manager verbally make fun of staff and sat there and laughed like they were children while they put down some ones looks.

This company needs fresh management and an owner that looks into how the chandler office treats people.

I didn’t at all I new from my friend that the place was kinda a joke and that I would get hired.

I would say my compensation wasn’t close to industry average they offered me a very low salary compared to other companies which is why I left that’s not a place you want to stay.

I’d say they were diverse although they highly favored the women staff it was very odd.

Nothing honestly knowing that I could quit this place at any time work life balance there was terrible.
