We are seeking a Solution Consultant that will be responsible for working closely with Cornerstone's Sales Team and RVPs. The goal is to attract new customers, as well as, retain and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer's business needs. It is essential that each Solution Consultant is current on industry and product knowledge. Additionally, each Solution Consultant is expected to work with the broader team to help relay knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital consulting, consumer experience, UX design, or product‑related roles.
Experience in at least two or more health plan operational areas (claims, enrollment/billing, contact center, UM/PA, A&G, benefits, provider operations, etc.).
Hands‑on experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and creating journey maps or experience analyses.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and enabling technologies - including how AI can enhance digital experiences.
Exceptional PowerPoint and communication skills - must produce polished, executive‑ready client deliverables.
Proven ability to manage tasks independently, structure workstreams, and deliver high‑quality outputs with minimal oversight.
Comfortable coordinating across business, digital, operations, and UX/design stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client requirements.
Must be a Resident of an Infosys Consulting Hub Location of California, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Massachusetts or reside within a 2‑hour driving distance from one of these hubs.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health plan digital experience, service design, or consumer engagement roles.
UX or research background with portfolio demonstrating IA, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and test outputs.

Familiarity with health plan regulatory, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from research, operational data, or competitor evaluations.
Estimated Compensation
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in CA, NJ and NY will be $130,000 to $177,000.

Responsibilities
Bring healthcare domain knowledge and experiences, in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain: end‑to‑end claims and encounters processes, and enrollment and eligibility processes
Support leaders in proposal development and pursuits
Help identify the use cases, provide level‑of‑effort estimations and assumptions for the implementation of Edifecs SaaS solution and integrations at clients

Edifecs Solution Implementations:
Leader / team member on executing Edifecs solution implementations
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and develop a comprehensive implementation roadmap
Lead team in the planning, design, configuration and implementation of Edifecs, including addressing business/stakeholder readiness
Ensure end‑user adoption through training, reinforcement, key metrics measurement, communications, and change management strategies

Work with clients to drive transformation programs enabled by intelligent automation and AI capabilities including RPA, ML, GenAI and Agentic AI

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate work experience in a customer‑facing role in a large consulting firm or in the industry.
At least 5 years of experience leading teams of advisory services consultants in the delivery of Edifecs implementation services, and the technology life cycle, including operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing and production release.
At least 5 years of healthcare domain experiences, strong understanding of the healthcare value chain, business functions, and stakeholder expectations
Knowledge in one or more of the following functional areas in the healthcare value chain: end‑to‑end claims and encounters processes, enrollment and eligibility processes.
At least three years of experience in Edifecs implementation using Agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and collaboration skills.
Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, analyze processes, map processes, and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders.
Experience in leading or supervising a team of professionals.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 80%, (weekly travel) depending on client requirements.
