    About the role As a Senior IT Project Manager - Manhattan WMOS & Logistics, you will make an impact by leading cross-functional logistics technology projects that enhance operational efficiency across Distribution Centers (DCs), Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns. Drive execution of Warehouse Management (WMOS) and Supply Chain projects, including DC rollouts, Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align on flight plans, schedules, and deliverables. Facilitate requirement grooming and solution design for systems like Manhattan WMOS and IBM Sterling. Manage MOD development and integration touchpoints across upstream (Sterling OMS/IMS, RMS) and downstream (ProShip, 3PL) systems. Oversee development and QA of microservices, performance monitoring (AppDynamics), and reporting (Snowflake, Power BI). Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and vendor accountability. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control and timely escalation.
