Heather Stroh has been with CornerStone Staffing since 1996 and truly enjoys what she does every day.
Debra Hill began her career with CornerStone Staffing in 1997 as an Account Manager cultivating and sourcing new customers in Fort Worth.
D’Ann started as an Assistant Operations Manager with CornerStone then promoted in 3 months to an On-site Operations Manager for one of our larger on-site accounts in 1998.
Julie Box joined CornerStone Staffing as an Assistant Operations Manager in 1999 and immediately excelled as a professional recruiter.
Tiffany started as an Assistant Operations Manager with CornerStone Staffing then promoted to an Operations Manager in the Bedford office in 2000.
By 2004, Debra had moved from sales into operations with CornerStone Staffing and began working with the On-site Management team.
Norma Alvarez joined CornerStone Staffing in 2004 after leaving the retail business.
Tara Little joined the CornerStone Staffing team in July of 2005.
Due to this success, Julie was hand selected to start and direct CornerStone’s Professional Placement Division in 2006.
In 2007 Debra accepted the position of Senior Operations Manager and became responsible for the technology used in all 11 CornerStone Staffing offices.
Todd Reimer joined CornerStone Staffing in 2009 as an Account Manager in our West District.
In 2011, she joined our clerical operations team, as an Operations Manager and grew the North Fort Worth office to new heights! While in this office, Loris took on the challenge of training our new Operations team members while managing this very busy clerical office.
In 2012, Debra accepted the challenge to develop and expand CornerStone Staffing’s Social Media presence.
Colby Waldrop joined CornerStone Staffing in 2013 as an Account Manager for our downtown Fort Worth office.
Norma obtained a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification in 2013.
Alicia Styers joined CornerStone Staffing in 2014 as an Assistant Operations Manager in the Downtown Dallas office.
While continuing to manage the Fort Worth office, Tiffany was promoted to a Senior Operations Manager in 2015 and added to Hurst office to the locations that she was overseeing.
She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2017 and continued to excel as a recruiting leader by growing the business to new heights.
VA Bingo 2018 - Several CornerStone Staffing colleagues joined our military veterans for some fun at the hospital to call a few games of bingo. It's in the Bag 2017 - Members of our team attended the Ladder Alliance's sixth annual It's In the Bag Lunch and Auction in our continued support of the Ladder Alliance and assist with their mission of providing assistance to female victims of domestic violence and economically disadvantaged women.
VA Bingo 2018 - Several CornerStone Staffing colleagues joined our military veterans for some fun at the hospital to call a few games of bingo.
It's In the Bag 2018 - Members of the CornerStone Staffing team had a great time supporting the sixth annual event in support of The Ladder Alliance.
In 2019 CornerStone Staffing was the title sponsor of the Dallas Business Journal Best Places To Work celebration.
CornerStone Staffing was still the title sponsor of the 2020 Best Places to Work celebration that was held outdoors at the Texas Motor Speedway.
CornerStone Staffing had the honor of helping celebrate 25 amazing women leaders in the DFW area in August 2021.
In 2021, Colby was named our West District Sales Manager where he leads a collaborative team-based approach to support our branches in the West DFW area.
In 2021 Alicia was named Senior Operations Manager where she continues to cultivate strong relationships with the clients and associates she serves.
In 2022 Norma was promoted to Senior Operations Manager of our Central District.
