Provide Logistics support on processing:
1. Freight bill approvals to correct cost centers
2. Duty drawbacks
3. Scheduling engines, engine tier downs, repair orders and engines stands' movements and tracking.
4. Identify and share cost saving opportunities with business on transportation and duties.
5. On Site warehouses transactions
6. To act as the Transportation focal for GEAM.
7. Customs clearance for Imports and Exports (corrections as needed supported by SOPs)
8. Oversized shipments execution
9. Create consistent processes across warehouses using Lean/FLIGHT DECK principles, training, and digital tools.
10. Follow and maintain the established operational standard operating procedures by C&TO team.
11. Identify and implement process improvements to drive out waste leveraging digital tool solutions.
12. Participate in problem-solving projects with cross-functional teams impacting logistics.
13. Act as operations superuser for Logistics' new projects, ERP, enhancements, testing and implementation for the Operations team.
14. Collaborate with Operations Leader to establish priorities for Logistics processes, projects, and improvements
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Qualification/Education requirements: High School Diploma / GED.
+ Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Import/Export Customs and Traffic office's responsibilities.
+ Has strong understanding and knowledge of Logistics/Customs compliance processes
+ Has strong understanding of GEAM's Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs) and functional understanding of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program (Oracle)
