Description JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY The Contracts and Procurement Specialist plays a central role in both subcontracting and prime contract administration functions across diverse project types, including general construction, fuels, MEC/UXO, environmental, and professional services. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of subcontract and purchase order management - from pre-award planning to final closeout - as well as assisting with prime contract tracking, compliance, reporting, and interface.
