Your role and responsibilities
* The Account Technical Leader - Financial Services - US is a client technical leadership role dedicated to IBM's most strategic financial services clients within the US. In this role, you will create and maintain proven, trusted technical advisor relationships at all levels within the client's organization, including key technology decision leaders & strategy owners. These relationships will help you uncover your client's technology priorities and greatest challenges, understand and influence where your client wants to go, map that to IBM solutions and services, then orchestrate resources within IBM to bring those solutions and services to life.
* As a strategic and systems thinker, and business influencer, you are well-versed in interpreting the client's business requirements and translating those into enterprise technology architecture decisions. In addition, you will employ contemporary approaches like Agile Methodology and Design Thinking to conduct rigorous solution design and ensure the solutions we propose integrate seamlessly into the client's IT environment.
* In addition, you'll proactively optimize the IBM portfolio during solution design to drive integrated IBM business solutions. Roles and Responsibilities
Provide financial support for C&TO Operational Leadership team, including visibility to C&TO financials and ad hoc project support.
Own Tariff mitigation efforts financially, including daily / weekly management, mitigation projects underway, direction of future mitigation projects, WOR bowler updates. Will have visibility to Tariff areas such as duty drawback, solicitations, FTZ, bonded shipments, etc.
Own Tariff FP&A model, including updates for all relevant FP&A cycles (estimate, forecast, LRF / Budget). Should include real-time updates as Tariff learning evolves.
Engage with Distribution and Transportation teams to drive financial and operational performance, including key areas of transportation spend, shop performance, distribution strategy, etc.
Develop expertise within C&TO function, provide professional / thought / financial leadership. Influence direction and delivery of outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university + Minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience

The base pay range for this position is $152,000.00 - 202,900.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
