**Required Qualifications**

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving cost efficiencies, improving supplier performance, and risk mitigation plans across the supply chain. The sourcing manager will be instrumental for aligning needed sourcing strategies with business objectives while ensuring long-term value creation.
This position reports to the Sr. Mgr., Strategic Sourcing and is part of the Supply Chain and Ops Excellence organization located in Torrance, CA and will be a remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Drive the development and execution of our sourcing strategy from RFI / RFP creation, leading supplier negotiations, global stakeholder management to business award and Master Agreement implementation.
