Your Role:
• Process credit applications, grant sales authorizations, and maintain Tech Credit borrower accounts.
• Post cash transactions and handle general account maintenance duties.
• Communicate with both sales representatives and borrowers regarding credit applications, payments, and account inquiries.
• Review departmental policies and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Arrange and process payments, deferments, and adjustments for borrowers, dealers, and collectors.
• Audit contracts, applications, and legal documents prior to indexing into the document management system.

Job Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, parallel rack systems, etc.)
Preferred experience with CO₂ refrigeration rack systems, including hands-on work with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transcritical and subcritical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine preventative maintenance and system checks
Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
Replace or repair compressors, motors, fans, and other key components
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications:
EPA Universal Certification required.
Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; extensive driving is a key part of the role.
Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools.
Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
