Responsibilities:

prepare engagement agreements, retention applications, account documents, and fee applications and attend hearings as requested;
assist with the development and administration of policies and procedures;
apprise executive management of legal, compliance and risk issues related to general business matters, and provide practical, responsive advice to facilitate timely resolution;
counsel colleagues on risks, both legal and otherwise, associated with client engagements and relationships, building trust and a positive working relationship
provide case support on risk management matters; and
assist with various other projects, as requested.
Requirements:
J.D. and active NY Bar membership.
3+ years corporate / transactional / litigation legal experience; class action experience preferred.
