We are seeking a dynamic and eager Communications Coordinator to provide support (virtually or hybrid model) to the Corporate Communications and International Publicity departments for the global portfolio of A+E Networks across all platforms in the U.S. and around the world. Communications Coordinator/ Corporate & International:
Help keep the team in sync by creating and maintaining essential team documents, like project trackers, calendars, corporate talking points, and press reports
· Work with PR colleagues and EVP of Corporate Communications to create a weekly company-wide press communique
· Establish and build relationships with press contacts and internal clients (Ad sales, Marketing, Distribution, teams, etc.) to anticipate, identify, and meet requests
Build strong contacts in podcast press community and conduct regular outreach for podcast promotion.
· Field asset requests from press outlets, channel partners and content distribution clients
Assist in A+E awards submissions efforts Track/Compile/Distribute PR clips - breaking stories, recaps to teams, and manage weekly submissions for domestic/international 411 newsletter.
· Provide logistical support for all press conferences, screenings, client events, set visits (arrange travel, interview requests and schedules for talent as it relates to press opportunities)
· Lend help/Cover talent during publicity tours, appearances, press junkets, set visits, screenings and other events as needed
· Handle periodic gift mailings
Manage media subscriptions/renewals Track expense reports
· Work with photography team to coordinate executive headshot shoots

SUMMARY
Join Andersen's Corporate Communications team to inspire, connect and engage the company's 13,000 employees and advance enterprise business strategies through relevant, timely and strategic communications. The Communications Coordinator will contribute to the daily work of the communications function by assisting in implementation of communications plans and tactics for internal audiences. This role will be responsible for maintaining the content management system and workflow planning for the corporate communications team and posting daily content to the company's intranet - reaching more than 13,000 people.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Storytelling: Post internal communications for all employees via the company intranet website, mobile app and digital signage. Manage workflow and content calendar with strategy set by Corporate Communications managers.
* Content Development: Typical duties include writing, editing, proofreading, content coordination and research for print and digital communications.
* Building Relationships: Meet with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to stay connected to the business and coordinate communications.
* Enterprise Communications Support: Play a supporting role in special assignments as directed by the department managers. Provide regular updates to ensure stakeholder expectations are being met.
* Other duties as assigned by manager.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
4- year college degree or equivalent experience desired.
Minimum of one-year professional experience in corporate communications, journalism or writing field. Agency, project management and graphic design-related experience is also valued.
Experience with digital content management.
Able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, team environment.
Quick, on-target writing and familiarity with Associated Press style; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
