The Maintenance Controller is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operation of the airline's fleet. Key Responsibilities
* Advises and consults with other departments on production software issues, concerns, problems, and questions.
* Assist in managing service requests and relationships with ERPs as directed.
* Analyzes proposed and actual projects in terms of the potential benefits of using information systems.
* Prepares long-and short-range plans for application selection, software systems development, systems maintenance, production activities, and necessary support resources.

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting the flight crew members with operational control of flights and jointly responsible for the preflight planning and delay of flights in compliance with Federal Regulations and Contour Operations Specifications.
* Work closely with other divisions within System Operations Control to ensure that flight crewmembers maintain the Company's mission of safety above all.

* Negotiates with air traffic control for alternative routes and reductions in air traffic control delays.
* Provides operations expertise to the Maintenance Department and System Operations Control.
