Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate system-wide flight delays within the Company's operating systems, ensuring timely and accurate communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Summary of Essential Duties
The Lead Flight Follower shall provide tactical and strategic leadership through management of the activities, operations, and personnel of Contour Airlines' Flight Operations as well as assisting in establishing and achieving the Company's goals and objectives while maintaining the highest level of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting the flight crew members with operational control of flights and jointly responsible for the preflight planning and delay of flights in compliance with Federal Regulations and Contour Operations Specifications
* Work closely with other divisions within System Operations Control to ensure that flight crew members maintain the Company's mission of safety above all.
* Plans flights considering the effects of enroute winds and weather, balancing safety, and economy.
* Determines the minimum fuel supply necessary for the safe completion of the flight including any required alternate airports.
* Provides pilot-in-command with preflight briefing including aircraft and flight status as well as providing all current reports or information on airport conditions and irregularities of navigation facilities and all available weather reports and forecasts for weather phenomena that may affect the safety of the flight.
* Monitors the progress of each flight.
* Issues necessary information for the safety of the flight
* Cancel a flight if the flight cannot operate or continue to operate safely as planned or released.
* Responsible for rerouting or redirecting a flight based on economic considerations. This may include special routings, passenger convenience, and aircraft/flight crewmember utilization.
* Recommend flight plan alternatives.
* Coordinates aircraft diversions and recoveries
* Negotiates with air traffic control for alternative routes and reductions in air traffic control delays.
* Provides operations expertise to maintenance department and System Operations Control
* Monitors and processes data provided by flight crew members and stations.
* Trainer for new flight coordinators or crew schedulers

* Irregular Operations Lead flight coordinator - restructuring flights in flight tracking system when delays or cancellations have occurred.

Compensation Details

Position Summary
The Quality Control - Aircraft Inspector is responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation are carried out in strict compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's specifications, customer requirements, and Company standards. The Manager of Maintenance Control is responsible for the management, administration of Maintenance Control and ensuring Maintenance Control personnel are properly trained and qualified.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safety and compliance are the first considerations in aircraft operations.
Monitors maintenance performance of all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft operations.
Reports on essential information as to the status of operation aircraft.
Ensure Maintenance Control coordinates with Flight Followers/Dispatch concerning all maintenance irregularities that affect the dispatching of aircraft.
Responsible for the proper administration of MEL/CDL/NEF procedures as established in the General Maintenance Manual and MEL Manual.

Summary of Essential Duties
The Aircraft Records Coordinator is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance by performing the following duties: administrative tracking and control of airworthiness directive, major repair/alteration management, research and investigation of aircraft/part discrepancies, and maintenance task set-up review/approval. All duties and responsibilities will be performed in support of Contour Airlines' Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate and procedures within the General Maintenance Manual.
Key Responsibilities
Support records specialist team including overseeing and auditing technical data input.
Performs administrative tracking and control of airworthiness directive to ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitors government federal register site for pending rule makings as they pertain to airworthiness.
Performs periodic audits of fleet aircraft.
Assists in the acceptance and delivery of newly acquired aircraft and lease returns.
Administers aircraft technical database programs such as CAMP, Flightdocs, and other aircraft records database programs.
Research and investigation of leased engines/assemblies and adds to the aircraft technical database programs.
Focus on process improvement.

Maintain, modify, and install the various components of aircraft sheet metal.
Repair, rework, install and fabricate the complex aircraft structural assemblies, both internal and external.
Lay out plans, fabrication and installation models for modifications.

The Cross-Utilized Airport Agent plays a key role in delivering Contour's commitment to exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for performing a variety of functions at local or regional airports, including ticket counter, gate, and ramp operations.
