About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join the legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal ops professional to join the market leader of Digital Health MSK services at a critical phase of the company's growth. The position offers the opportunity to work with a best-in-class Legal Ops function and a dedicated, talented and welcoming group of legal and compliance professionals.
As part of the Legal Ops team, the Legal Operations Manager will manage Legal and Compliance team operations by creating, managing, and improving processes for the efficient delivery of legal services by the Legal and Compliance team to stakeholders throughout the company. Duties will include managing strategic and high visibility projects, improving the use of legal technologies, improving workflows, developing process documentation and training. This position will also work cross-functionally across business teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to maximize the efficiency of the Legal team, create and execute plans to improve Legal Ops functionality and impact, and scale processes to support our Legal team and enterprise goals.
What You'll Accomplish
Work cross-functionally in project managing key company-wide initiatives driven by our team, building and tracking project features, milestones, and dependencies
Create processes and templates to organize projects, legal advice and document business processes
Provide ongoing assistance to various legal functions, including product, commercial, employment and compliance, including managing administration of the company's patent program
Build, manage and improve legal self-service and knowledge management resources
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the legal team's performance and efficiency; create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into legal spend and operational trends
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of legal technology solutions, including AI, e-billing, and ticketing systems
Oversee the entire outside counsel and legal vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and performance tracking; manage and administer the legal team's billing platform
Develop and manage the legal department's annual budget and forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance

Basic Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree and legal operations management experience
2-3+ years experience in the areas of legal operations or project management, in-house or at a law firm preferred
Able to develop project plans and timelines, align key stakeholders and drive project completion
Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points to support business improvements
Able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize multiple high-importance activities, driving results
Exercise sound judgment, learn quickly and work well under time pressures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a healthcare technology company
Able to provide executive-level project management
Proactive, resourceful and able to function independently with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication, research, interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to cover a wide range and level of tasks - from thinking strategically to troubleshooting detail where needed
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job and taking on new responsibilities
Previous experience managing IP programs
Strong understanding of legal department metrics, budgeting, and financial analysis
Legal operations certification (e.g., CLOC, ACC Legal Ops) or Project Management Certification
Experience with legal technology:
Legal e-billing software (e.g., Brightflag, Legal Tracker, Team Connect, Passport, SimpleLegal, Onnit)

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $118,400 - $177,600.

You're a strategic, data-driven demand generation leader with deep experience driving enterprise pipeline creation across inbound, ABM, outbound, and expansion motions. You consistently leverage advanced agentic AI workflows, automation, and data intelligence to amplify team productivity and overall program impact.
You collaborate naturally with cross‑functional partners in marketing, sales, customer success, and product. You communicate clearly, operate transparently, and lead with curiosity, humility, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead enterprise demand‑generation strategy. Oversee all motions tied to net‑new and expansion pipeline creation, including enterprise inbound programs, ABM initiatives, lifecycle nurture, outbound alignment, and scaled field/event activation.
Drive predictable pipeline generation. Own pipeline targets for enterprise segments, actively partnering with sales, customer success, and BDR/SDR teams to ensure strong coverage, rapid follow‑up, and consistent funnel progression.
Scale ABM programs. Build and refine multi‑channel, account‑based strategies across target account lists - including highly personalized campaigns, creative ABM plays, and innovative digital + field tactics.
Deliver standout event programs. Develop and execute unique event activation ideas, from executive experiences to integrated field strategies, ensuring events contribute meaningful pipeline and engagement.
Supercharge efficiency through AI. Apply advanced agentic AI techniques to accelerate content creation, personalization, segmentation, automation, and experimentation across demand programs.
Optimize the full funnel. Conduct rigorous funnel analysis, identify drop‑offs, evaluate channel and segment performance, and run data‑backed experiments to increase velocity, conversion, and ROI.
Collaborate and prioritize effectively. Partner with product marketing, digital, content, revenue operations, and sales to align initiatives and ensure a cohesive, high‑impact customer journey.
Manage a $5M+ budget. Allocate resources across digital channels, ABM platforms, martech, field events, and agencies to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.
Report performance and strategy. Present key insights, program results, financial metrics, and forecasts to leadership, offering clear recommendations and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
What You'll Need:
7+ years leading demand generation or digital marketing teams at a growing B2B SaaS company, with responsibility for enterprise pipeline creation and a $5M+ budget.
Demonstrated success owning and scaling ABM programs and enterprise demand motions.
Strong experience partnering closely with BDR/SDR teams.
Expertise with modern GTM technology stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense.
Deep understanding of inbound, ABM, and expansion pipeline levers.
Hands‑on experience with agentic AI marketing workflows (required).
Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, experimentation, and full‑funnel optimization.
Strong collaboration skills with revenue, product, and customer teams; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

About the Role

What You'll Do

Manage union benefit contributions, wage deductions, and compliance with collective bargaining agreements.

What You Bring
10+ years of payroll leadership experience in complex, multi-entity organizations.
5+ years managing union payroll, preferably within transportation, hospitality, or travel industries.
Proven experience leading the implementation of a new enterprise HR and payroll platform, driving data integrity, automation, and process improvement at scale.
Strong working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and related compliance.
Expertise with cloud-based payroll systems and HRIS platforms such as ADP, Kronos, Workday, or UKG.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools.
Strong understanding of FLSA, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.
Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and scalable payroll operations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ADP experience is preferred.
Experience with Workday, or UKG.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
Experience interpreting and implementing union agreements.
Experience leading payroll integrations following acquisitions or system migrations.
